Impressive stuff very highly integrated device it's a kinda steal for the price. The conformal coating is a nice surprise. Glad to see the batteries are replaceable.
    Great video

Since you teardown the audio, are you able to find someone collaborare to make a course understand how to make it from scratch? It will be interesting

Thanks for the thorough LITERAL teardown, on a more design question , Can the lightning [or USB] connector be LEFT CONNECTED to the receiver and still fit in case? Or does it have to be disconnected every time you store/charge the receiver in the case? It would seem to be an amazing pain if you had to disconnect and reconnect on every use. Thanks again for the videos and words of wisdom

PS. Also, do you know a design reason why Rode Wireless go can record to iPhone is STEREO [with their Rode SC15 Lightning USB Type-C to Lightning Accessory Cable] and why DJI can only record mono with their Lightning adapter?

Thank you for this teardown. 4.4V Battery? Can’t hold up many cycles, can it? At least not easy to find.

It wil be no worse than any other battery. It's pretty much commonplace to get 4.4 volt lithium batteries. This was responsible for increasing the capacity of the battery by 5%.
It wouldn't be difficult for them to add a max 80% charge cut off (with a firmware update) which would increase the longevity of the battery. But since the batteries in tx rx and case are on a molex connector it would be trivial to replace them.

Crap company, their new firmware tends to brick one of the transmitters and they have zero clue how to fix it. You're stuck hoping they'll respond via email. Meanwhile, they have been made aware of these bugs for about a month with the current firmware and have made no mention of this, or any revisions.
