- ABBA won the newly created Lifetime Achievement Award, as voted for by readers of Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet, in the 30th annual Rockbjörnen awardst. The ceremony took place at Stockholm's Cirkus venue.
The couple happily toasted each other with champagne after their tumultuous reception at a gala evening. They obviously still get on very well with each other and clearly enjoyed the chance to reminisce about the old days.

How beautiful and heartwarming to see Frida & Agentha together..I grew up with ABBA ( as a kid of the 70's/80's) everyone had ABBA records and their songs were always being played on the radio. ..ABBA music never gets old or boring..and I love and appreciate even more in my older age..great music, and very talented artists..

Wonderful, beautiful, humble ladies. They could be arrogant with such success, fame and fortune but they're not. They deserve all the love and adoration they get. Yes, B & B wrote the songs but without A &A there would be no ABBA.

Thank you very much for the translation of Anni-Fri and Agnetha at the award ceremony in Stockholm, Jan. 22, 2009. I am very happy to see them together again on stage. They have meant so much to so many people around the world for so long. Oh their voices were unbelieveable together, would have been nice to have had them stay together longer in their singing careers. Both are beautiful in appearance and singing abilities, but they were so much better together.
So much talent and so much class and they're still as beautiful as ever.
They ended up reuniting for an amazing album!!!

They are both still such beautiful women. For pop superstars they have always been really nice people as well.
It makes me so sad, that Agnetha says the ABBA years for her were fellings of remorse and longing for her children. She was wonderful and made so many people so happy - I wish she had been happy too.

How wonderful to see them together to receive this award. They shared a wonderful time with ABBA , & brought so much joy to their fans with the blending of their voices. I still can't get enough of their music & listen to it most days.
There is nostalgia in the girl's expression at 04:20, even though she wasn't born in the band's heyday. Such is the power of music.

In my opinion, Agnetha was the most beautiful women who ever lived. Her talent was beyond comprehension. She can still and sing and still looks beautiful. Frida is amazing in her own right. It seems almost gluttony that one group could have two the most amazing singers in one band.

I'm very happy to see these two prettiest and lovely women together again. These two goddesses, the reason of ABBA-sound and ABBA-magic. And my own reason to love ABBA. God bless them.
I must say their Swedish supporters really seem to love them genuinely. Even during the tough times with the band, the support was always there. That's just beautiful.
This was an award show, with a lot of fellow Swedish artists of a younger generation in the audience. The love younger Swedish artists have for these trailblazers is quite palpable. Good to see (and hear). I think it's difficult to find a Swedish artist who is not a fan of ABBA. The set the bar AND opened all the doors.
I wish I was born earlier too!! Wish I was around when ABBA were at the height of their fame! But at least we are still able to enjoy their music decades later!

Frida always took good care of herself in presentation. She always had style. Agnetha was once very beautiful, but perhaps these things don't matter as much to her, especially these days. Frida still appears at important events and so, she probably feels the necessity to still look fresh and vibrant. Well done to both of them for doing what they think is right for themselves.
