Also why is cyclizar not at all legendary despite relatives

The two legendaries are legendary due to being unique to the time not due to stats. Who knows there might be packs of the ancestor and descendant pokemon running around but we don't know.

i dont consider them to be paradoxes of cyclizar but their own separate pokemon and i dont think its ever been officially said that Koraidon and Miraidon are paradoxes, however i do agree that the other paradox forms have bad names
