I think you can throw the car in with a little more steering force (leveraging the high downforce) to get the initial rotation. This should let you to carry more entry speed and pick up the throttle sooner through the turns. At least it was working for me with this combo. Good example is the final turn before front straight, you should be able to stay flat out if you maximize the track and are aggressive on the entry, but not if you are passive on entry.
