  • Its never too late to learn how to swim
If you are a scared swimmer you can start off by placing Theraquatics Noodle Oodle around the chest and use 2 giant noodles for additional floatation and security. Practice getting your feet off the floor with a little jump then slowly progress to stretching out your legs, streamlining your body.
When you are ready progress to the developing your kicking technique and muscle endurance with your head above the water.
When you have built up your confidence you can practice your breathing technique and control while kicking your legs.
You can slowly move onto the next step which is reducing the level of floatation and substituting the 2 giant noodles with a kick board.
The noodle oodle is great for learning how to swim and even practicing your breast stroke technique with the light support of the noodle oodle.
