Hank Jr Used to be the voice for Monday Night Football. The NFL yanked him because of his views and outspoken ways that he refused to backdown from.
Yep. He don’t give AF 🤣
They didn’t yank him. He told them they could no longer use his song
Actually there is controversy between who walked away he came back after Donald Trump who won the presidency but he left again after the loser started taking a knee because he couldn't play football anyway and he wanted to cry and whine because white people who raised him and paid for everything apparently didn't do enough Hank junior did a tune called take a knee take a hike and said I'm afraid NFL means not for long and judging from the Taylor Swift horseshit this is about the last year so enjoy
🎶 🎵 Are you ready for some football 🎶 🎵
Hank is my favorite singer...ever! Just saw him in concert over the summer. In his mid 70s the man is still an amazing performer! Can't go wrong with listening to anything by Hank Jr. ----Love the reaction! 👍🏻
Hell yes!
Semper Fidelis brother!
Semper Fi @@boonmsgt
Hank was a wild man. He survived falling off a mountain while scouting for deer hunting. That's why he wears glasses all the time.
It's cuz they didn't like what he said and they got rid of him football is not the same anymore they should have just kept him he made the thing more interesting but oh well
@@LilJuice-ir4lc best intro in a sport!
The Older you get the more this song hits home
Whiskey bent and hell bound, by Hank Jr.
Yes!
Hank jr is so good becuz he takes his experiences, makes them funny and relatable while putting a smooth sound to it and making it too damn cool
Hank Jr is amazing. This album was great.every song was good..Luv old Hank jr!!This is what I grew up on!!please check out "Blues man"and"whiskey bent and hell bound".
Also a little FYI, the car he is sitting on in the pic is the Cadillac his dad died in the back seat of in 1953
Actually December 1952 he was pronounced dead on January 1st 1953
I always love that in this song he doesn't try to say that these things are bad just that they're not for him
his older stuff like this is really good
I think the Longhorn he's singing about is the Louisiana Longhorn not too far from the Texas border. It sure does look like a spaceship, but they do have live bull riding in there ( for the rodeo ).
His jab at Queen is hilarious.
Hank Jr my all time favorite in any genre.
Check, out the Bellamy brothers song called old hippie
He's talking about the disco era. The disco ball. Platform shoes. It's a retrospect of the days before disco.
Hank JR, is amazing, yes in the mid 70's to the mid 80's Hank JR told it like it should be, didn't give a damn about society....
I know young people around 21 or 22 years old that Love Hank Williams Jr. Man and his music is timeless just like his daddy though the styles are different
Man..I really love you all reactions..keep em coming brother..62 year old former marine from south carolina.
Salute to you, sir. This American appreciates your service and sacrifices! 🇺🇸
Hank will give you his honest opinion, a true southern gentleman!
Great reaction. You cant really go wrong with any of Hank's songs from the late 70-'s to the mid 80's. I think you would really like his song 'The American Way'.
One of my favorite Hank songs is the autobiographical song Man of Steel. An awesome song.
Your interpretation is 100% spot on!
This is what we call "grown folks music"
Hank Jr is the truth!
You’d enjoy: Red, White and Pink Slip Blues.
They been playing this on juke boxes and cover bands in country and rock clubs for now 43 years; everyone singing alone. This was never released as a single as you might have imagined. 1980 "Old Habits & New" album. HWJR is a grassroots music legend among the highest there has ever been or ever will be in the REAL American culture! When he dies, the media will never say it, but it is absolutely TRUE!
I’m a dinosaur. I can relate to this song!
I am so glad I found your channel! You have the absolute best vibe. I'm a fan.
Man I used to play that song often on my truck pulling into and out of the high school parking lot. On a tape! Ha.
The album this came out on, Habits Old & New, was the 1st country album to ever have a parental advisory label on it for language
Uhhh…This album came out in 1980. The PMRC (parental advisory stickers) didn’t come out until 1987. Now, you are partially right. Hank III (Jrs Boy) did have the first stickered country album, “Straight To Hell” released in 2006. If you haven’t heard it, it is considered somewhat of a masterpiece, but be warned, it’s not for the faint of heart or virgin ears.
@billybee3423 when the labels came out, they were forced to put them on this album. Just because the labels didn't start til 1987 doesn't mean that albums before then weren't made to have them from that point. I know because I bought this album in 1988 and it had one on it.
Thank you for doing this one!! One of my favorites. Do Outlaw Women too please
If you really wanna hear a great song by Hank Jr. Try MAN OF STEEL
I love this song. Remember it well. This was in the day when they sang straight for the gut
Hank Jr ! One of the best !
Dudes reactions are core! Great to see!! Enjoyed myself here. New sub.
Bro you totally nailed this song with your reaction! You gained another follower! 👍🏻
You picking some strong country Outlaw music, I too am a dinosaur. My opinion this is his best album. It's even got my first marriage wedding song on here, Old Habits. Blues Man off this album, is my favorite, I would like to see you react too.
A few suggestions since you’re digging Bocephus (Hank Sr called him that).
THE BLUES MAN
OLD HABITS
BORN TO BOOGIE
WEATHERMAN
MY NAME IS BOCEPHUS
By far the best reaction to Dinosaur I've seen 😂 Your reaction really is priceless when you figure out what Hank's saying 😂 I was crackin up the whole time watching your facial expressions, then being gracious enough to love the old soul country music, good job brah 👌👍
There's often a touch of the blues in songs written by Hank, Jr. He had a fine song about his life that is called The Blues Man.
Just found this. I'm bobbin my head with you, jamming Hank
Red, White and Pink Slip Blues is another great Hank Jr. song..

Wow founf it asked you to do one on this but you already did. Excellent
Love your reactions
You should check out The American Way
Hanks latest album is straight blues. You should try his song I got rights.
I like his silly songs like "i like to have women I've never had." And "family tradition"
This is pretty silly tho at least he admits he is old. Haha i also love how he is always shamelessly talking about getting stoned and drinkin.
ALWAYS 👍 it's FREE
Common courtesy ✔
That's awesome. I love to see people get it! New sub🎉
I feel in love with this song first time, hope you to.
Two Dot, Montana!!! It's straight up gangster. Loving your channel
Hank was raw. He hated when people dressed like that and portrayed country and other venues. He was just straight up about his views. You don't care what yours are don't dash him on his either
I always wanted to see someone react to his song called "All in Alabama".
It's about a major turning point in his life, where he was going through an identity crisis and fell 500ft down a mountain.
I’m a bit late but he got a song “Outlaw Woman” and “The Blues Man” are a couple of my favorites but he has a lot of nice ones. Thanks for your reactions, I’m new but ima be rolling through um. 👊🏻✌🏻
Have a wonderful day

All In Alabama by Hank Jr. It's him talking about falling. Off Ajax Mountain, where he nearly died. Was stuck literally between a rock and a hard place.
Attitude Adjustment by Hank
Hank Jr's son has a band too he sounds awesome mix between grandpa an dad
Hank speaks his mind. You could definitely polish some belt buckles with that music.
Blues man is another great song
Loving it my dude
I was waiting to see your reaction to the spaceship line 😂😂
Thank you
Hank jr fell off a 500 ft cliff and survived. The man is tougher than his music.
Good one! Love the channel
Great!!
Hey bubba check out Hank III, ol boy has Hank sr's voice, Hank jr's outlaw vibe, and his own rockabilly tune. Whiskey, weed, and women would be the perfect intro
Definitely how I feel as I am closer to 60 than I am 40
😂😂
But I lived and loved pretty much all of Hanks music in the 80s
Had a good friend who would play the part
Don’t step on my cowboy boots
(He’s a country as dirt with a deep tan😂😂
His words not mine
We sure did burn the towns down or at least we thought we did 😂
Ole Hank has always been out spoken
His references to draft dodgers is aimed at
Jane Fonda
He fell off the mountain. JIM BEAM will do that sometimes. He survived. Thank God he got a second chance.
O'ded in Denver by Hank Williams Jr is telling it like it is.
This one of my favorite songs!
There was a time frame in which I listened to this one A LOT. It's how I feel, even as a young person.
Hank Jr and Hank Sr both have a huge catalog of great songs. They're both on my Mount Rushmore of favorite artists.
BADASS!
I enjoy your break down video
New sub
I feel the same way!😜
You got your Cephus, and Bocephus (Hank Williams Jr) and then there is Tricephus... That's from Mojo Nixon, Check out Hank III.
love u vibes dude
I've liked this song since the album first came back, long ago. All these years, I wondered about "high heel sneakers" since I had never heard of such a thing and, even now, I have heard the term only in this song. I just accepted it as one of many things in life I didn't "get". While watching this reaction, I finally tried googling the term. Who knew? They really are a "thing", I don't think I've ever actually seen somebody wear any, but I don't really spend much time inspecting wardrobes. After seeing the images on google, though, the term makes sense.
The next song on the album was a trip also. The name is American Way
It's about the better than us hi class. When I need a good laugh, I play it.
...high heel sneekers got him!!
The car hank jr is sitting on in the album cover is the same car his dad died in.
Sr. was only 29yro when he died.
Think about the story in comparison to today. He found himself in a social situation that made him uncomfortable so he leaves. Does't get triggered or try to cancel anyone . Or try to invalidate anyone elses ethos. Just removes himself. People today should try that approach and everyone would be happier.
Check that whole album, Old Habits is my favorite Hank Jr album. I can’t count the albums, cassettes and cd’s I have went through on that Album
Check out Hanks Mr Lincoln and If heaven ain't alot like Dixie. Both great songs.
Guess I’m a dinosaur too lol.
so his dad was Hank Williams considered to be the elvis of country music
