For mining, you don't need to buy any equipment at all. It's enough to have a regular PC and the Utopia ecosystem installed on it.

you know this phones are waterproof. What if you submerge them in deionised water so cooling would not be a problem, would be silent and if water start heating up you can circulate it through your radiators as winter is coming and that would be kind of free heat anyway
The Cat phones are, but I don't believe the Samsung phones are. Super interesting tho, thanks for the great idea 💡
deionised water does not conduct electricity and will not create short circuits. however, if the phone is not IP rated, at least IP4, water will get in and may interfere with display functionality etc. Another way to keep the phones under water (for silent and efficient cooling) is to put them in vacuum bags-like cheap vacuum bags you use at home for meat and stuff, vacuum them and for charging, put them on wireless chargers on the back. each phone with one wireless charger. Those are cheap, few £ each. @@NewEnglandCrypto

What is the rack case you use?
It's an old GPU Mining Server case that we had laying around
How You "lock" the phones in this case to dont let them slide everywhere?
The server case doesn't move around, so it's not an issue.

Right now, it's definitely more profitable than GPU Mining as these actually turn a profitable where most GPU's are running at a loss
