For visuals learners ~ 1. Be a highly sought after, high value woman. (Even if you don’t believe you are, act like one). Don’t rush into meeting up and delay your responses. You’re busy and will respond/ fit him into your schedule at your earliest availability. 2. Behave as if he doesn’t have you/ you’ve moved on. Ignore ignore ignore. Bask in the receiving side as opposed to the sending side of those double and triple texts. Reverse the power dynamic and make him think you’re not coming back. Men are typically under the assumption that though they are not in direct communication with you at the moment, they can have you back anytime they want. Shatter that reality for him. 3. You must follow through. Don’t listen to arbitrary no contact deadlines and soften after they come back. You have to be an actress and fulfill the role completely, not back out when you start to see signs of them coming around. The role does not go away upon re-contact - that is truly the beginning, more work to come. 4. Keep him on social media. Don’t show him that it’s bothering you or that he’s emotionally affecting you. Let him see you’re unphased living life as usual and then delete him when he would least expect it. Blocking and deleting out of spite or bitterness is unattractive and immature. 5. Renegotiate the contract. Since you are in the position of power now you can impose your standards and make sure everyone is on the same page in regards to the relationship dynamics. Stand your ground and tell them your expectations. Embrace that power once you get it back and don’t just give it away so soon. Relish in it and hold onto it as long as you can, you waited long enough and can now bask in the fruits of your efforts. As always, thank you Elliot you are a gem
Guys unfortunately, 99% of the time, respect women who are wanted by lots of men. Because it ques their egos to compete for something they may not be able to have. Anyone else, they'll mistreat or use for their own personal satisfaction. That's the bottom line. I've experienced it with my exes and it wasn't until I started focusing more on my goals, that guys started giving more respect. It honestly pisses me off because guys don't like it when women are that way towards them but they're constantly being vain assholes if a woman isn't "good enough" for them in some capacity. Dating really is doomed smh.
@@sansadrake4133 It's not the woman's fault if the men want her. But I have always wondered why they go for an average woman when serious, really weird in my opinion.
@@cherrylane79 apparently it's due to insecurity. Because they know not many men will want her so they'll feel more secure in the relationship. Deep down a lot of men fear rejection
When a man “wifes” up a “plain Jane” he’s only using her as a placeholder. Men will do that. They don’t have true feelings of love or respect for women beyond what they can use them for
@@cherrylane79because of the investment cost (not just financial). Men are logical so they are not going to invest in something with risky returns. They also don’t want to always feel in competition. It’s an ego thing.
1.) Respectfully, I don’t think Hussey is into no contact. I know any previous efforts I’ve made haven’t worked. It’s when I’ve decided I never, ever, EVer want to see them again that they come back. Then, what’s the use of that? 2.) Social media? I AVOID doing this with someone for at least three months. Why? Because, for years, now, the dating rarely gets past one month. Then, we’re on social media together? Gawd no. That usually adds to an excruciating end. 3.) Just get super-busy in your life. Possibly, BLOCK his number. Do NOT listen to love songs. Work out DAILY. Work out, work out, work OUT. Cheers.
After nearly 3 years I am sure he's not missing me. I am not missing the stranger he is now. I miss our music connection but that's it . I don't have that with another man
He's right. It goes again to long-term relationship (5 years). I think we're moving forward, but because I didn't have the "relationship"talk; the guy was truly clueless. I needed to "frame it". I wish I would have heard this 5 years ago.
He ghosted me for two weeks. Before that, he had apparently met personal problems. I wrote him one message the first week saying that although i liked him, if he would not respond anymore (i did not know what was going on), i have no other chance than turning the page. The other week (2 weeks after of silence), i wrote his name, because i did not know if he was in hospital maybe, also i neeeded to position myself. He then responded by saying "i am sorry for making you live that shit, because you don't deserve it, and you are incredible and adorable. However, i will call you very soon for eating diner with you after your work. Just, remind something that i still love you". I did not respond because i wanna see if he is going to follow through what he said. And i did not want to act emotionally, so i let a little time to pass out. It is not my job to fight for it...

I’m dealing with a man who throws tantrums to get his way. We’ve been together 5 years, and I’ve kept letting him back in. I think if he saw me with another guy he’d just become more angry & spiteful, and try to hurt me some other way.

I wish you could do all this but with people who are in a relationship already. I have been in a relationship for 2 and a half years. He has been pulling some BS.
