if anyone wants to do barre but doesn't have the room in their house/budget to buy one of those rails.... I bought a short shower tension rods on Amazon for $8 and it works perfect. I also use it for when I do macrame crafts. I just put it in the frame of my bathroom door everytime I do barre!

Drop your knees during plank. Drop the weights during arm series workouts. Listen to your body. Do what you can and what feels right to you, on this day. Some days, you may feel stronger than others.
