They're kind of in the same ballpark, but not really. Terry A. Davis didn't hurt anyone, at least not that I'm aware of. Whenever Jacoby was sentient, his personality disorder was activated. So he'd swap between being a harmless, rambling buffoon, or full-on sociopath.

I hope that this does not tarnish the image of our community and I hope that justice is served and we can move on from this disgusting situation. To those hurt or affected by Jason - come forward.
