LEFTOVER Meatballs Recipe (Korean Meatballs)

  • Sharing a timesaving and cost saving hearty meal. Leftover meatballs??? You can reuse it by making korean meatballs!
    INGREDIENTS
    2 tablespoon olive oil (you can use vegetable oil as well)
    Leftover Meatballs (I used swedish meatballs) (you can use any meatballs)
    1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
    1/2 cup Soy sauce
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 tablespoon Gochujang (optional. Omit this if you do not like it spicy)
    1 tablespoon Mirin/rice wine vinegar
    1 tsp Sesame Oil
    Sesame Seeds
    Thinly sliced leeks
    Water and cornstarch mixture
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1 tablespoon water
    Wok : Le Creuset
