I understand what you are going through in relation to pain.
At times, I feel there are no words to describe it and what I’m going through. I just sit still and don’t say anything to anyone.
Thanks for sharing and this channel. 🙏
It’s a way to share experiences, ideas, and help each other out. ♥️
    🌷Sam

You're so right bonita, it is sometimes hard to make plans. Some days I'm in just too much pain to even leave the house. And often times my one daughter who does not drive needs me to take her places. Even though she does not live at home anymore she relies on others to get her where she needs to go and she doesn't really have other options.

I pray for a good day when we make plans and then I break up any prep work (like cooking, cleaning) into many days prior so I can get it done and not be incapacitated when the day comes. My kids have started inviting me for most things to cut down on my standing and prepping. If we have it at my house, the menu is much smaller and they bring sides. That has helped so much. We figure out ways around it, don't we?

I know one thing with my fibromyalgia and being in pain 24/7. I've had to train myself how to sleep with pain how when I wake up and my hips and shoulders burn or they pinch or they feel like a knife how can I focus myself so that I can actually go back to sleep. I definitely do not get quality sleep but I practice just trying to sleep normally even when I don't feel normal.

Quality sleep is the hardest. I finally have a muscle relaxer and a pill for chronic pain low mg (not a narcotic) that has helped tremendously. I still wake up many times a night but not every 15 minutes anymore.

Bonita, Sometimes the flare comes and you don’t do anything to cause it except do life! 😢 Just standing on a concrete floor flared me today when selecting paint. We are going to make it Bonita!
