This is such great information! I'm studying for my license and can see how most agents are missing the.boat by not following these steps. I've seen such negative stuff on the web about how most real estate agents are not successful but I've worked with many of them and see how poorly they follow up, don't plan out their days and don't feel they have any control over their success. It always goes back to how they think which affects what they do or don't do. These videos are really helping me see that you can become successful! Thank you!!!

Biggest takeaway - 1) Know your outcome 2) build rapport 3) when door knocking say to yourself "behind every door there is someone is looking for you to sale their home." 4) Visualize and affirm 5) Have a good follow up plan 6) never expect a no or a maybe when a yes is still possible 13) Don't get off the phone until you book the appointment.

Tom I want to work for you! Such an inspiration, I have had my license for 3 weeks on Wednesday I have one house in escrow but cant seem to get the second. I re wrote my daily, I am going to stick to it and see if it works. The problem I am having is no one knows who I am, why go with a new agent when the other 1000 have plenty of reviews and people to vouch for them seems like a struggle.
