  • Tesla continues to update their Tesla Universal Wall Connector with over the air (OTA) software updates! Reviewing the Tesla mobile app recently, there is now an Energy data menu where you can see more information about the energy being delivered to your vehicle. This video highlights this new feature.

Thank you for this video. If you don’t mind me asking, is your system single phase or split phase? Do you know if the Wall Connector can be installed on both and can operate at the full 48A in both systems?
The installation guide says single phase but also if you install in split phase to do something
Looking to possibly get some for my workplace and I don’t know what configuration we have, but want to make sure it can operate at max speed in either config. if it can work in both.

Thank you for watching and the comment! Our install is a single phase and I’m not sure of the details if it can operate at the full 48amps in both systems. I’d definitely reach out to Tesla and see!

@@EverydayEV 1) also, does the Tesla app show the charge history of both your Tesla and Nissan Leaf?
I was looking to know if we can keep track of past charge sessions and how much power was outputted for non-Teslas.
I feel like it does and from what you show in your video but I wanted to make sure.
      2) also, can you monitor how much charge is being supplied for both Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles?
      3) does charge scheduling work for both Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles?
Sorry for a lot of questions. I would greatly appreciate your help with these things.
