The person who first proposed the Big Bang theory was Georges Lemaitre who was a Catholic priest. He was criticized by his contemporary atheist scientists, who believed that the universe was eternal, for trying to bring God and creation into science. However, the evidence was on his side.
And yet, religious alike all disagree on it. Mainly, it comes down to how creation was described in the bible as compared to what the evidence shows.

If the evidence "was on his side" for a big bang, then that means the bible or whatever holy book created by an apparent omnipotent god is wrong. No holy book describes the big bang and the amount of years the universe has existed when discussing it's creation myth.
Guys, the point is that the Big Bang was not made up by atheists as a substitute for creation. In fact, it pulled science more toward "creation" than it was before. But I'm not saying it implies creation by God either. I'm more of an agnostic.
Catholic here, and I love Emmanuel Mar Mari! he's such an inspiration, may God bless him for his works
The Big Bang theory was theorised by Catholic Priest and Theoretical Physicist Georges Lemaître. He was contemporary of Einstein. So, Big Bang theory is not against the faith.
And Pope Piux XII declared that evolution did not contradict Catholic doctrine 73 years ago.

Gluons and Quarks. According to physics, Gluons(massless) and quarks(hold mass) are the fundamental building blocks of subatomic particles. They actually don’t exist because they are invisible, but according to physics, they have to exist because “there’s no god”, which gives into the theory that something can come from nothing. The Big Bang theory does not agree with the idea of a creator and if you believe space is eternal and there is no afterlife, subconsciously you will fall into nihilistic behavior. We are the center of the universe and God’s people.

The biggest indication that evolution is true is that all living things share some genetics. Humans share 99% of our DNA with chimpanzees. We share 60% of our DNA with chickens. Not only do we share genetic similarities with different creatures, different families of animals, plants, and other living things are more or or less genetically related. For example, feline animals share a lot of genetic similarities. Canine animals share genetic similarities. Ants are more genetically similar to each other than they are to beetles.
Not only that, but we have fossil records of certain species existing that no longer exist. Not only that, we have fossils dating back billions of years of the first bacteria that lived on our planet. Denying evolution is like denying the existence of oxygen simply because you do not see it or understand it. It's our best theory that explains what we have been able to observe about life on this planet.

Scientists don't actually name hypotheses and theories the way you described it. See for example string theory. It is not supported by any empirical evidence whatsoever but it's still called a theory.

Big bang cosmology is not evolution, just the observation that space is expanding in all directions and following to the conclusion that this expansion started from a singularity.
Darwin didn't operate in isolation. There was a push for what we now know as social Darwinism and Eugenics by the elite, combined with Occultist interest in the idea of reincarnation in Britain because of the British empire giving the British elite closer links to Hinduism. Particularly, Thomas Huxley was known as 'Darwin's bulldog' because he heavily and strongly promoted his theories, silencing people objecting to the obvious absurdity of the evolutionary worldview being proposed. The Huxley family are a brilliant example of how the British elite (who are now the global elite) operate, with Julian Huxley later promoting Eugenics and then Transhumanism and Aldous Huxley promoting more eastern Occultism and hedonism. I'm not sure it was what Mari was referring too, but the British elite organized around a secrete society set up by Cecil Rhodes and Lord Milner called the Roundtable group during the late 19th century. Darwin himself was supportive of Eugenics and Elitism, so it's hard to say how far into the conspiracy he is but, the people around him certainly had an agenda by promoting the idea of evolution (and providing natural selection as the mechanism for how it occurs).

1. Evolutionary theory is not based on one person's claim. It is based on volumes of evidence. It is all published in journals. Go and read it for yourself.
2. The big bang theory has nothing to do with the theory of evolution.
3. An explosion in space is not the same thing as an explosion OF space.
4. A scientific theory is not the same as the colloquial use of the word "theory". A scientific theory is an overarching idea that explains the facts we observe. It is backed up by evidence.
5. We know how evolution works at the DNA level.
6. The big bang theory does not mention the universe contracted.

Darwin didn't operate in isolation. There was a push for what we now know as social Darwinism and Eugenics by the elite, combined with Occultist interest in the idea of reincarnation in Britain because of the British empire giving the British elite closer links to Hinduism. Darwin himself was supportive of Eugenics and Elitism, so it's hard to say how far into the conspiracy he is but, the people around him certainly had an agenda by promoting the idea of evolution (and providing natural selection as the mechanism for how it occurs).
I think one of the main points he was trying to make, is that many theories are being taught as facts. And majority of others' throw any other ideas immediately off the table, which is opposite of scientific. Would it not advance us more if theories were looked at as theories and continued to be studied to turn into a law, instead of everyone just running with them

As a devout Christian, I find it ridiculous to deny scientific consensus. Natural revelation and special revelation are both completely reconcilable. If you believe God controls everything, then why not the Big Bang? Why not evolution? Why can these wonderful, beautiful, breathtaking things not be part of His plan and His actions to have his will done? From a protestant perspective, we can accept both, and suddenly it all makes much more sense.
Funnily enough, I was first converted while reading a book about archeology, when I kept realizing parallels between deep prehistory and a metaphorical reading of the Book of Genesis.

What is he talking about? The three main points I gathered were:
1. By evidence of our fingerprints and DNA, an intelligent creator makes more sense than big bang/evolution.
2. The OED was written out, and would be a much more likely accident than the universe.
3. The Big Bang would have had to have been wielded or orchestrated by something.
A1: Our DNA is the result of evolution. The first life forms were microscopic little guys who barely had any DNA, but as they evolved to help adapt to their changing environment, their DNA grew more complex, which you can see now in people. It's a lot easier to write a couple billion words when you have millions of years, and the writing is done for you. Secondly, our fingerprints have the capacity to be the same, it's just very unlikely. Fingerprints are the result of excess skin folding and buckling, it's just the idea that two people would have skin that buckles in the same exact pattern is wildly unlikely, similar to how snowflakes are infinitely detailed, making two exact snowflakes very unlikely but theoretically possible.
A2: The OED, like us, is a collection, spanning a very large scope of time, and it has been edited by so many different people throughout time that a single creator is out of the question.
A3: The big bang is a star imploding. We got the star by other stars imploding. We got those stars from gas getting so close to itself via gravity that it imploded. We don't know how the gas got there, however the argument that someone/something put the gas there is the same as just assuming the gas was always there. When it comes to the creation of our universe and life, it is true that we are unlikely beyond belief to have come into existence. However, across space, we have yet to find anything else that lives, which, while demonstrating the improbability of accident, also tells you that eventually this was bound to happen. No matter what life was found where, it would also view itself as incredibly lucky to exist. There will be life elsewhere long after us, and it will think the same thing. There is probably already life elsewhere, we just have no access to it and vice versa. All life is miraculous, however it was always bound to happen eventually. If life existing is like winning the lottery, then the lottery is choosing winners at all times and space's number of entries is almost infinite.

I'm Catholic and I believe in evolution, Galileo Galilei the first scientist in the world(who was christian) said that between science and religion there's no contraddiction, because they both come form God, and God can't contraddict himself. Science is how God created universe, faith is why God created universe. Science and faith answer a different type of question and they can't possibly contraddict one another
I appreciate the perspective of harmony between science and faith. While I respect the Catholic view, as a Creationist, I believe that God's Word in the Bible provides a literal account of creation, which is not in contradiction with true science when correctly understood.

Honestly, religions should stick to teaching morals, virtues and the realm of the social. Once they trespass into the physical sciences, they will be subject to the same level of peer reviewed scrutiny as the natural sciences, and it is here that religions end up look like charlatanry. It takes about 5 minutes to reach the epistemic footing required to understand evolution on a simplistic level, the applications of which then become the know-how to drive it (selective breeding), it then takes approximately 10 hours to reach an epistemic footing to understand complex systems, emergence, game theory, evolutionary/genetic algorithms, as well as to model state transitions of economic systems, or microbiological systems, the applications of which range from AI based topological or behavioural optimisation, to cellular automata and (producing large scale ordered deterministic structure from seemingly random functional units) to speciation and chronicling of potential missing links and statistically likely places to find them, to large scale computational simulations of networks, and most importantly the highest lever skills for dealing with complexity. Despite this, religious people cannot get passed the 5 minute primer, because of the implications it would have on the veracity of the religious dogma. Evolution is substrate agnostic, it is a framework for modelling large scale sequences of state transitions, which are subject to internal and external pressures for change. Most religious ppl fundamentally misunderstand the thing they criticise when it comes to evolution and it is quite bewildering our resistant they are to independently verifying. Just building it would show you empirically how states, state transition functions, and state updates work. I would also do a parameterizable population system simulation, with trackbars for environmental variables, with well defined encounter and incentive specs, and see what happens as you press play (branching and functional specialisation of isolated enclaves etc. i would look at videos of cellular automata on youtube that are really excellent (read Stephen Wolframs online notes on A new kind of science), I would look at artificial life videos on youtube that show emergence of directed behavior from undirected inchoate storms of random particles. This is the kind of stuff that doesn't require getting a big book to grasp. Get intuitions and concrete understandings first, study the formalizations after so that you can implement them in more detail, and on and you go. Evolution in no way de-sanctifies humans, it doesn't demote or relagate us to anything lower, but rather it gives incredible appreciation (only when you properly grasp it from a complexity sense) for life.
