Can't wait to see you do a deep dive on the new rule builder!
Oh it's coming!
I wish the Gantt chart was applicable at the portfolio level versus the project level. That would be more helpful to me and my team than at the project level.
Same. That functionality would be great.
I may have missed it, but are you going to make a more in-depth review of each of these features?
Great question. I'll be going through the custom rule builder in another video. Anything specific you want to see?
@@MarquisMurray The rule builder will be helpful to see, but I’m not sure if I have many questions on that yet.
I’ve tried finding more information on the Gaant chart, but I haven’t been able to find much except for brief reviews. I’d love to see some deeper reviews or use cases since I’m not experienced much in Gaant charts to begin with.
Greetings! I am currently fiddling with the 'Compare baseline' feature which only allows me to add a date in the past to compare with current project progress. However, It somehow does not reflect visually in the gantt chart. For example, if I were to determine the slippage, I would want to know the number of days that particular ask has been delayed. Its basically adding the baseline and comparing it with the actual date in Microsoft Projects. Is this a feature that I can access thru Asana?
Some teams are duplicating the project when they begin and syncing the data points to something like Tableau and then comparing their working project to that dashboard. That’s the best workaround I’ve seen so far.
