actually future trunks official power level when he first met mecha-frieza would be 13,000,000(base) and 650,000,000(SSJ) because in the anime subbed it's stated that his power ball is 10x stronger then the one on namek, referring to the energy ball he used against goku and he was at 50%, which was officially stated to be a power of 60,000,000.
