Yeah teen gohan in the boo saga was cool but his ssj 2 form was very under-utilised though not like how he was when he was nine years old fighting against cell
Except for Super Buu. He should’ve killed him and the Saga should’ve ended. Honestly, Vegeta should’ve killed Majin Buu with his sacrifice, then they should’ve done a time skip, then Buu is somehow brought back to life, Vegerot defeats him, then Kid Buu comes in another time skip, and Ultimate Gohan defeats him. End of series. I know it sounds messy and repetitive but the Buu arc in itself was both of those things. I still love it, some of the decisions toriyama made with it just really disappoint me. Mostly vegeta’s sacrifice being for nothing and Gohan not being the one who defeats Buu
People hate on Gohan for deciding to quit fighting after the Cell arc, but honestly if you look at his life up until that point it was fight after fight, death after death all when he was really young, so it makes sense when the world’s finally at peace he would stop fighting.

My top 6 versions of Gohan: 1. SSJ2 Teen (badass) 2. Buu saga and ToP onwards Mystic (though I want to like him more than I do since he’s the one we have now) (nearly as good as SSJ2 Teen for same reasons) 3. Great Saiyaman (funny) 4. Future (good) 5. Kid (eh) 6. GT and Super before ToP (bad)
In my opinion Gohan is still a great character, although he isn't as strong as he was back in the Cell arc, you gotta remember he's half-human, meaning he doesn't have an urge to fight. He got weaker due to studying but you can't really blame him.
@JACQUEZ JOHNSON but remember the fact that the Ultimate/Mystic form brings out a fighters complete potential, meaning the only way to make that form stringer is by increasing the base strength of a fighter and not multipliers (Like ssj forms). Therefore, if the gohan from cell saga, who was up to date with his training, was to achieve the ultimate form, then he would've been even stronger than Gotenks absorbed super buu.

When goku was 12 he was fighting people like Tien in DB, when gohan was 12 he was fighting perfect cell, When goku was 22 he was fighting vegeta/ginyu force, gohan at age 23 was in the ToP if I am not mistaken, Gohan still is the VIP
Loved the video. I personally think GT gohan is ALOT stronger than dbs gohan since he's been training for those 10+ yrs but otherwise it's a shame we couldn't really see his full potential. Otherwise great video teen gohan, future gohan and GT gohan will always be my favorites🔥🔥🔥

I still think that during the time chamber when he first became an SSJ at 10 and after a few seconds later he went into SSJ2 right after he learned the skill so we can tell that Gohan had the power to do it but was scared of hurting others or couldn't control it, but after getting pushed like in the Cell Saga all of that just got to him. He really and fully could handle it and control his power.
