    I would have killed to have a panhead rebuild video to follow along when I did mine, your breaking ground with this series on here. Great work with the attention to detail!!

    Phil, I say it to young blokes all the time.."Your hands are not hammers, so don't hit spanners with them". Of course, nobody listens but I'm 69 and still doing 38 hours a week as a mechanic and my hands hurt because I did it too haha! Love this vid, think it's going to be another excellent series!!

      Yeah bottom end turn out to be toast so it never got rebuilt. I might do a video showing that

    Wished I had a panhead so I could follow along, but this looks like it is going to be a real good series to watch.

    I missed you taking the inlet manifold off. Can be tricky if baked solid. Nice Pan btw. 👍

    How much is a Panhead running in Australia? Same engine here would be minimum $10=15k. I imagine its ever more expensive there.

      Engine here by itself would be the 12-15k mark too. Whole bike about 35k

    NEVER use a impact during disassembly on an old. motor or for that any aluminum motor parts!!!!! already have sketchy threads.
