This is good. More Vtubers investing in good Face Tracking. And from an Independant Streamer, no less! It's amazing how much differrence good Face Tracking makes! It feels like you're watching and listening to a well animated Anime Character, it's a more immersive experience. Girl_DM's 3D model is so nice to watch and now here, we have Saruei, a 2D model doing the same. I feel like big companies like HoloLive and VShojo should have been the first to get good Face Tracking yet here we are, the Independent Streamers shilling out the cash to stand out from the crowd!
Rumors has it, the Cover Corp use iPhone X and newer with proprietary live2d software for their talents uses. That's one reason why Indies seem to have a superior rigging than the JP Agencies.
I think it's more about the rigging of the model rather than the face tracking ^u^ Her rigger is actually very good (TheArtGun if I remember correctly, they do 3D models too like Snuffy, Nyanners, Ironmouse, etc.) Even more so when you realize that Saruei is their first 2D model. But yeah you're right, indies out here investing the cash they saved up on really high quality tech o7
@@jamiebw6334 Fair point. If that's the case then the likes of Snuffy and the other 2 you mentioned just didn't put the time into getting a well rigged face. Very unfortunate.
Makes watching Hololive harder because you notice how substandard a lot of the models are which is upsetting considering their personalities are amazing.
It's the same everywhere you know In France the legal age to buy is 18, but for highschooler parties they'll just ask a brother or a parent to get them alcohol
You have to be 18 to buy any alcohol. But like if you have a beard they assume you're old enough. And as soon as your parents are ok with you can drink at home.
Not actually, when you're 16 you can drink everything if there is an adult, or an adult can buy alcohol for you but at 18 you can buy anything by yourself
If I'm watching this stream, then technically its taking place in my home (in england). Which means as long as you are over 5 years old, its all good and legal.
In France, I think it's about selling alcohol not drinking it. Some shops will ask for ID if you look young and want to buy some, but I started to drink alcohol with my family way before I was 18yo.
In eastern europe u can start drinking whenever u want.. Ommiting the fact that 18 is legal age Also interesting fact - In Swiss u can drink beer legaly having 16 if I'm not mistaken
As an American who went to France at the age of 18 I can vouch for this :) it has taught me the joys of Champaign and rose (especially considering I went to Provence where rose was made)… tho red and white r also nice too
In my country, drinking age is just a myth, well, as long as you keep it within the family. I dont even rmb when I had my 1st drink, it was at a family gathering so nothing to worry abt.
To the French, wine is just something to pair with a meal, if I recall correctly. It's not meant for drinking to get drunk, it's like... Butter for bread. Can't have bread without butter, so you can't have a French meal without a wine to accompany it.
@@scottwpilgrim drinking wine always had the same prupose, being drunk. If you eat some meal with fish in it you will drink some kind of white wine because it taste better with it but the prupose is to choose the best way to get drunk while finding the best way to enjoy your meal. Nothing like bread and butter it was a wine lobby thing to counter law that made illegal free wine in factories and school. Yeah school and not only for the teacher by the way. But that was a common thing in france we do that with almost anything not only alcohol. like what type of coffee or tea to drink with what type of dessert.
And in Greece, you only get kicked out of bars/clubs under 18. But nobody stops you from buying bottles of booze from supermarkets at 15. In fact, parents will often give their kids (especially sons) wine and spirits to 'get used to it' or 'learn to have some fun'. And I'm pretty sure in Ireland you're obliged to drink from 12 or something.

You have to be 18 to buy any alcohol. But like if you have a beard they assume you're old enough. And as soon as your parents are ok with you can drink at home.
Also most stores aren’t terribly strict on it in France. Small towns and farms don’t seem to care. I’m getting it for not parents is a passable excuse
