why don't your tires make noise on the ground? you're cruising 0 sound then your suspension does something and we can hear that. it's quiet, too quiet. Sounds weird.
I'm with you Paul. I've tot a Big MTB goal in the Alps this summer so I got a personal coach, 2/week swimming 2/week MTB 1/week power training with personal coach and weight loss with dieterian. Good luck 😅
In the summer it was spitting. Then in the winter it was sniffing. I worked very hard to not do either when recording my videos. Sniffing is really hard not to do in the winter. LOL!!! Much more snow where I am in Canada. ;)
Man...you van life peeps are determined. I do not have the patience for all that extra work. I just bought a c class with bike storage and was done with it. Cheers to you though. The van's look great!
@@chriswitek9455 not so much accountability, but more mindfulness about what I'm eating. Logging in food made me aware how much I was snacking throughout the day. Replacing those snacks with fruit and other healthy options was what did it. And reducing portion sizes. I was overdoing it, and realized I could be satisfied with less.
@@chadbeckstrom3627 thats good. I find it hard to balance cutting where I can yet still fueling rides and recovery. Eating better is useless if you're always under fueled and I find it hard to walk that line

Just to clarify: A simple scale cannot, in any way, give such accurate readings so easily.
However inaccurate the measurements may be, you can rely on them to see if you are going in the right direction.
