I took an orbital hand sander and put the green scotch bright scouring pad on it... then wipe it down and oil it... works great, and looks new every day..

Maybe if you change the heading cause you haven't said anything about cleaning the truck
i would recommend finding a business or organization's contact information to get in touch with their PR or events director and then that person will be your contact between your business and theirs, that person will share the potential events with the rest of their org and then tell you about whatever follow up or plans to verify. for stuff like firefighters maybe it's like human resources who you talk to. best wishes!
