I find that a lot of cultures that have heavy oil use in cooking have something to balance it out...like Italians and wine , indians and caribbean heavy spices that health benefits.
And ideas to stop use single use darn plastic for gloves 🤦 in cooking and single use zip lock bags? How was it done before plastic? Oil/towel/plate as lid? Can you please stop promoting the overuse of convenient non recyclable rubbish clear thin plastic in just plain cooking? TA!
