What is the green long plant Puy buys? I wish she would give the recipe and a verbal tutorial so an amateur like me here in California can make a Roti at home with banana and egg. Does Palm know how to make the dough for the Roti? Hopefully Palm can do the shopping and make the dough so Puy can get some needed rest. I believe Put does not work on Monday's. Puy works very hard each day.

Pandan grass or you can use Pandan flavored paste if you don’t have Pandan grass where you live. Yeast and all purpose flour
