bro i got only 8 gb of ram hyper x fury 2666mz and i want to buy the same brand but 16 gb of ram hyper x fury 2666mz too will it work or nah
If it's Intel system 99% chances are it's gonna work totally fine.
But if it's an AMD system I would say chances of working are 50-50
Its an amd what if i bought only 8 gb of ram will it work 100%?
Purchase the same brand and latency and mhz with that i mean the ram will work 1000%
@@marcpetepergis7700 If it's a new Amd like 2000 series or later it should work fine even 8Gb+16Gb.
@@TechTroppy i got amd 2600
Can i run 4gb+16gb together?
I've ryzen 3 2200g I had a single channel 4gb ddr4 2400mhz I bought a 3000mhz 8gb will it work in this pc together and will I get performance improvements?
Did it work?
I have a corsair vengance ddr4 3200mhz and a hyperXfury 8gb ddr4 3200 mhz
Will they work good together ?
Yes they should
I have 2x4 gb ram in my laptop and I wanna upgrade but my laptop only supports 12gb ram so should I go for 4+8gb ram config with same speed??
Yes you can go for 4+8
Please use this link if you're buying from Amazon.
It helps my channel: amzn.to/31LEoxD
just get 16gb of ram because it runs at its best
I have a 8gb stick and a 32gb stick together is that bad?
Not bad but only 16gb is getting used in dual Channel speed. Rest 16gb is running on single channel
If i combine 8gh of ram with a 32gb stick, same frequency, same CL, same brand, will it work?
seems like it runs at 8gb dual channel (8 from the 1x8, and 8 from 1x16), this leaves 8 gb running single channel. You get the same if not better performance of running 1x8 1x8.
You can mix a different ram of different frequencies and size but it will underclock the faster ram to the slowest one. On intel platform no worries but on amd ram frequencies matter alot. But going for same ram with same size and frequency is a safer side. Btw love your ROM review videos for whyred. It will be great if you enter on some pc stuff.🤗
Hey brother!
I am using Amd Ryzen 5 2400G with total of 8gb DDR4 ram in dual channel ( 4+4 ) 2400mhz.
Is it alright?
@@neeladrimukherjee7653 if both are of same brand and speed then it's ok. I recommend to overclock it a lit bit to 2933 or 3000mhz because u are using an APU. It will increase performance upto 10-20%. I'm also using APU 2200G and 4+4 dual channel at 3000mhz.
@@AkashDeep-xm6sp I'm using Zion - 4gb + 4gb DDR4 2400 mhz ram.
So yes both are of same specs!
But can I overclock it to 2933 mhz?
Amd has specified in their website that 2933 is to be used?!
@@neeladrimukherjee7653 Yes u can overclock from bios. But u have to find best voltage and timing settings for your ram stick. And u have to check whether is it stable or not.
@@AkashDeep-xm6sp Can I get connected to you on What'sApp?
Hey! On a laptop can i put a 16gb single stick with a 4gb stick? What would be the diffrences and problems-thanks!!!
Hi sir mere laptop dell 3558. Ma 4gb Ram h 16gb tak support karta h. Second. 8gb laga Sakta h ya nahi.
Ya 4gb lagana right choice hoga please reply
What will happen if we use same ram model and frequency but different size??
Were you able to find out?
Can I use 16GB + 4GB Ram? (DDR4)
This video is quite good
Thank you bro🤗
The original ram in my laptop is 4gb 2666mhz with a CL of 21. The 8gb is different company but still 2667mhz with CL of 18 both are PC4-21300. Will they work well together?
If you start with 1 stick of ram and later down the line get another stick of ram of the same brand..timing..and voltage will it run dual channel.
I think yes. As I showed in the video. Both of these rams are from same brands yes. But the timings and frequencies are different. Still they are running fine on dual channel on my pc. Bottleneck here is actually my motherboard which supports DDR4 only upto 2400mhz
@@KTNTECH hello, Can i use a ddr3 4GB 1600MHz and ddr3 8GB 1600MHz at the same time? Btw I'm using an amd system motherboard..
Overclocking a 3000 MHZ Ram stick to 4600 MHZ (U mad bro)??
Lmao it was in the Amazon's specs listings🤣 Guess they tried to write 3600 I think.
With same timing of 3000mhz you can oc it upto 3200Mhz CL16 so pretty good
@@KTNTECH i agree with you people in amazon listings are superior in terms of mental health (if you know what i mean xD)
🤣🤣🤣🤣 Nothing can stop them they are all the way☝️
Will i have problems with 8GB RAM+16 GB RAM DDR4 3200Mhz GSkill Ripjaws if i put them together ?
