It would be great if the pop up store would allow us to use our own website address. I am sure that with this option Printify would have many more businesses that would join its platform, in addition to taking a huge advantage over its competition. I don't know what they are waiting for. As soon as Printify has that great option I will join them.

I absolutely second this what would be even more incredible for personify about this is they could charge say five dollars a month for the privilege totaling to 60 bucks a year that is more revenue for them and still by far cheaper than Spotify now I am saying that you would have to get your domain name on your own From like GoDaddy or somebody but if printify allowed this that’s an extra five dollars a month per customer let’s just say 1 million people go with this idea that is $5 million a profit for printify and would require very little effort to implement. Thank you for your time.
You should be able to route forwarding from your domain provider to the popup store still using your own unique website address.

Hope pop up store will be available for sellers in other countries too.
Hi there! Printify Pop-Up Store is different from our other sales channel integrations because you won’t be charged for any products. Printify takes care of payment processing, printing, shipping, and customer support while transferring your earnings to your PayPal account.
I'm loving how easy it is and so happy about this new option, which works best for me as a new seller/business owner! I will be very happy when the ability to create product categories is made available. As the store is, it can be overwhelming to potential customers because there's no order and they would have to go through each page to see what you have in your store.

I would hope Printify wants to help with upgrades on the Pop Up Store as it would help them also, not just us. If you make it where we can organize our products into categories and other things, we can sell better for YOU, make YOU money too.

would be cool to have a search feature for the shop and also categories so when people go to the shop they don't have to go through 10 pages to find what they're looking for. don't know if this has been mentioned or not. other than that I enjoy the store so far.
Hi there! We just released a categories feature for Pop-up so you can have the same kind of categories you sees in our Printify catalog, and your products will automatically be grouped in those categories. Will pass word back to our team about a search function as well !
There should be a sub category option because you have 300 designs in shirts or another category then it's time consuming to go through pages and pages to find a certain item.
I wish we could have categories, cuz without that looks disorganized as I have a few different products inside. Does the subscription plan for Printify allow you to have categories?

Why don't you have the option of a pop up shop for UK residents? I was all ready to set one up only to see no option for the UK. Very disappointing.

Do we keep the access to the customer emails for our list or are these utilized by printify only ?
Hi! To protect customer's data, it will be deleted from Printify if it has been more than 30 days since an order was delivered or canceled. If you're selling on a different platform (Etsy, Shopify, etc.), the information will still be available there. Please keep in mind, that customers need to consent before being added to any email marketing lists.
I own a well-established embroidery business. Though we contract our silkscreening, for the small order I prefer to use Printify. Have you examples of existing businesses like mine that use Printify and can you recommend how to integrate the two?
Hey Dean! Congrats on the success! This is an interesting topic to touch upon and we'll look more into it. Hi Monica, Can you clarify what you mean by a time limit? Pop-Up is its own site with its own domain- no need to connect it anywhere else. :)
Is there any chance to see it available in Malta ASAP? Can i actually open a store from Malta somehow? I was sooo excited about this, working on all the needed things to start, and finally opening a store at 2AM to see it officially launched, to find out that that's impossible. It's a European country also😮, it's a tiny one but exists 😂

I want to be able to see my pop up store revenue in one place without having to download reports. I understand we only get paid once per month but I would like to be able to see my profits. Is this possible with the pop up store.

Why are the Printify images blurry when looked at on a mobile phone but not on the computer? Most people shop on their mobile phone.
Hi Bruce! Sorry to hear, that shouldn't be happening. Our catalog and products have a standard image quality no matter where or how you access them. Sometimes your internet connection or the application you are using to transfer pictures on web can also affect picture quality. Pictures can be pixelated/unclear because not all the image data is downloaded yet so you end up waiting longer for the image to get to full resolution.

I have a pop up store but I’m not getting any traffic. I’d try doing Etsy but I struggle financially to pay for the order when someone orders from Etsy. Will Printify ever take care of payments from Etsy ?

Printify can't access funds from your sales platform (Etsy). Usually it takes a couple days for Etsy to release your funds to your bank account, which you can then use to pay for the item on Printify.
Are we able to give pop-up store customers a discount/promo code when they buy? or do we change our pricing through the dashboard if we are running a sale? Also, if the inventory from our prefered printer is out of stock, are we able to choose our alternate/back-up printer?
Hi there! You'll have to change the price in the product details on your 'My Products' page. If an item goes out of stock and you have order routing enabled, you can't yet select which print provider to use. Alternatively, you could just create a manual order for the out of stock item with your preferred back up printer.
I am hearing people getting double charged for shipping fees. Has that been fixed? Is there any kind of fee that will go to Printify and are the prices still the same no matter the platform? Thank you. I am really considering opening a printify pop up store. I have seen categories added already. 😊
Hi there! Yes for the few issues we've heard about our support team was quick to help out anyone affected. Prices for products depend on the print provider and not the sales channel so you no matter where you open your store, you still get their prices. Hope you start one soon!

Does Pop-Up collect sales taxes? 2) Does Pop-Up send taxes to states other than my Nexus - Florida? 3) When will Pop-Up send Florida taxes to me for remittance. 4) Will the Florida sales tax amount be plainly designated on pay-out to me, if included with my profit pay-out?

WoW glad i found this video it is currently 3 months old but anyhow not sure why i had not seen this b4 Anyhow as an affiliate & promoting printify i started thinking i might want to do a store and i found this vid while watching one of several vids talking about etsy just suddenly banning stores without notifying and for SOME strange reasons so i was thinking nope not worth it NOW i see there is a good option so again thinking i might just give it a try, (now just need some good design ideas) ...thanks P.S. what would the pop up store url look like ie my logo name of RfS54 & whatever else?

Hello! We don't promote or advertise any of your products, so marketing is on the merchant. We fulfill orders from your customers and get them shipped directly to them. For your second question, you do need to have funds in your PayPal account since Printify cannot withdraw money directly from your Etsy account. Will the wait time for customer support be as long as it is now when I try to reach them? Also, is there any plans to have the pop-up store not have a tie to printify (ie URL)from a customer standpoint. I have customers that order digital files unrelated to products only to be modifying them and circumventing my sales, so indirectly, I’m giving them a manufacturing outlet other than me producing the items and making money.

Can I create a Printify pop-up store if I am located outside the US? Because in the setup process, there is a requirement to check that I am a US resident?
