I think you are referring to the La Mouette Top Secret/Helike Tsunami. See: all-aero.com/index.php/63-hang-glider-paraglider/5840-la-mouette-top-secret. The tail is not OEM though.
By wires attached to the downtubes/uprights of the control frame. It simulates the weight-shift method of a normal flex-wing hang glider, so to the pilot the two types of hang-glider feel very similar.

More likely “Hang gliding people". The Avon Hang Gliding and Paraglding Club is located in the UK; & you're right: I have listened to similar music watching other HG videos. But I don't mind this music, it has a soothing effect. __ .

Other than the early ones from the late 90s yes they all come split into two bags. You can buy special bolts to allow the early ones to split too.

@@mitseraffej5812 The wings have no-flex, so turning is via the spoilers only. The only weight shift control is in pitch.
