It’s so true. Somehow the King of Heaven wants us. He doesn’t need us, yet He still wants us. I don’t know about you. ... but that makes me feel something that cannot be explained through words. What an honor to be loved by the King of Kings. I am His beloved.

Why am I just seeing this song? My goodness, I have goosebumps listening that "God doesn't need me but somehow He wants me". This is beyond human love.

I want to be able to do what this song says, "oh how you love me, somehow that frees me, to open my hands up and give you control!" That's powerful. Can you truly say you have given your life to God? Sadly, I don't. But I will do my best. I will not try, i will do. I will help where i am needed. God wants me and you, find out how and where. Receive personal revelation from Him and have love and charity.
By far one of my favorite Christian songs. This is about how our plans are nothing compared to the King of Heaven's plans. His plans are perfect, unlike our plans which are not even close to perfect. Tear down my will and your will be done!
I am wondering how much more I can take as my husband barely has any time for us- work and ministry take most of his time, and we get the left overs. I feel so burned out that some times I just want to walk away. I feel he's missing out on the important formative years of our kids. I just hold on for Christ's sake. God reward you guys for choosing to not sacrifice your families in the alter of ministry🙏🏽

I had respect for these guys..but now I have even MORE respect for them. NOTHING we do, even 'good' things, will prosper if we aren't putting God 1st and our spouses and children next..God wants men to take their leadership roll of their families..thanks guys for being such a positive example to those who are watching..especially your children♡♡♡♡

I did exactly this for my marriage. I gave up the most prominent hobby in my life, after years of cutting back to only a couple events a year. God took my marriage... I've been praying and asking for it back. I've been praying for changes in my wife and in my life, and have not been begging anything of her. This all started back in August of 2018...

This is the best thing that I've come across today. Knowing that someone doesn't need you and that he could do without you but still he wants you to be close to him is just an unbelievable feeling. He could have thrown you aside but he didn't. He could have watched you be broken over and over again but he didn't. He could choose not to love you but he does. God is an amazing God!💯💯💯
"He just wants us to be surrendered." I've never loved the song "I Surrender All." And I think it's because I find it really really hard to give up the control I think I have over everything in my life. I love the way I plan things. But when I remember just how much I am at the mercy of God, and that He truly has the ultimate control over my life, and that He just wants me to love Him back completely... I'm in awe.
