I mean, It might just be me, but it seems like they aren't really positioned in a way that you HAVE to fight three of them at the same time. When I ventured down there, I was able to take them one at a time.

Use Heal. For some reason it packs a punch on them. I just went through that area and it was a breeze while using Heal.
