I got the Daytona myself @ HFreight. I love it. I picked it for my garage because it's got a low enough profile to go under my BMW Z3 Roadster, my Jetta TDi commuter, and it's Tall enough reach, and brawny enough to lift my Ram 1500 4WD Truck.

The Daytona Super Duty 3 ton jack is the SnapOn jack. Same manufacturer, same factory, same assembly line, same exact jack.
Best floor jack for the money.
It's the only Daytona jack with the 3 year warranty.
Goes nearly 24 inches up, it's about 3.5 inches tall all the way down, has a larger pad, reaches full height in 4.5 full stroke pumps, has larger front wheels with grease fittings, and has multiple grease fittings all over the jack and is easy to service if air needs to bleed out or fluid topped off.
It's 104 pounds but rolls with the push of a finger.
Can lift my Duramax just using one of my arms.
Edit: All hydraulic systems will slowly leak down over time, both manual or powered hydraulic systems, new or old.
Also, I've had a Torin Big Red 3 ton compact jack for about 15 years. Finally blew out a seal. Very versatile in small tight spaces. Can swing the handle 360 to any position you need, and has an extension section for the pad. Takes forever to pump up but it's my second favorite jack next to the big Daytona Super Duty.

Thanks I'm debating on the Pittsburgh and the Daytona myself. I have a Craftsman 2 1/4 ton that i've used for about 10 years. A couple of years ago it started to sink relatively quickly and I've got a repair I needa do where I could be under the car for like 10 minutes that scares the crap outta me with a lowered car. With inflation, the Daytona is now $50 more than the Pittsburgh. For $25 more it's kind of a non brainer to go with the Daytona. Even though it may be considered an off brand, the Daytona Jack feel almost like a Lexus of jacks to me. I'd like the Daytona just cuz it looks nicer. I probably only use it 4-5 times a year though. But I feel like it's something that'll last me the rest of my life almost so maybe get the better one anyways. Surprised me that the Daytona dropped at all overnight though.

    • @jcx2bby

To be fair to the Daytona, it was brand new when I made this video and I have used it quite a bit since, without noting any drop under extended use. @@garonjohnson5922 Of course I use stands. But When I'm under the car risking my life, I like as many safety protocols as possible. The jack, two stands, and a third jack stand for good measure. Still scares the crap outta me getting under the car.
