Hello. I don't see orange wire. Only blue, green, red and copper. Which one of them could be the orange as in your video?
big help man,I tried making this on TRRS and didn't work so I tried using earphone wire and work but mine color for mic is green for positive and orange for negative.

Technically yes, but wouldn’t recommend since it delivers a very high frequency which might be too much for the phone’s jack. But do give it a try and let me know ;)

so you joined both the "+" of RCA jacks together and the same with "-", to short them, right? won't it work with only a single jack? cant I record from a headphone out of a mixer through a phones jack? I am using MI note 6pro android phone.
sorry I couldn’t understand your question properly. What do you mean by single jack?
@@ChaqI mean either the Left or the Right RCA jack, cause if you short both jacks "+" together, the phase difference may occur and the output sound will be weird. so in that case isn't it better to use only one 1 jack from mixer hence using a mono output ..what do you think?

Hey, try this: Connect a pair of normal earphones and check whether the video captures audio from the earphone's mic.. If it doesn't, the issue might be related to the settings.

is it that loud? I also get that but its so low to the point that I can't hear it with music turned on.. You might need an audio attenuator to clear that

Hey Andre, which colors do you have? All you need is the red wire which stands for mic and the orange one for ground. Hope this helps :)

Split white and read on the on your aux input and put blue with white and red with red leave the ground connected the same no need for splitting and should work
The blue wire from the headphones I mean use that to connect to your white aux output
3.5mm jack should be 4 pole. RCA cable has to conect 3.5 jack from ground and mic only. The 4 pol pin of 3.5mm jack consists of first and second headphone respectively, they are not to be connected.
