5:30 For the steereng lock it can be broken by yanking the bars super hard ,ive seen that happend so im positive that is possible or the other option is to cut off the shackle that holds the wheel locked. 14:51 some bikes (mostly older) like cbr600f3 95 dont have peep holes they got dipstick insted
