I love this pattern. I have made six of these bags with all kinds of cork and vinyls. What I love about using the bag, is while it’s not a big bag, it opens up,fully and seems to hold everything I would have in a much bigger bag.
So cute! Love the sizes and shape of these. Thanks so much for your hard work and dedication to your Patreons!! I've been involved in several and none compare to yours!
Such a wonderful explaining video.. watched for the d ring anchors.. fascinating. Loved how wide the bag opened and the explantion of the materials you used with the suggestion of the other possiblites. Thank You so Much!
Excited! I will be back to watch the full tutorial and make the purchase when it is available! I love the no nonsense Look, You're a bag maker....decide how you want to do this attitude. It is refreshing to have a pattern maker not assume this is everyone's first bag. (NOT putting down any of my beloved bag pattern makers..just saying it is nice .) 😉
Do you do all your sewing on your Juki? You show so many leather or leather looking makes, that seem impossible with a home Juki machine…. I find your tutorials so full of information and great tips and your patterns awesome. 👍
What a terrific video!!Love your "going rogue - look mom, no hands!!!" And very happy you show you forgot clipping the darts, you are human like the rest of us!! What tool do you use for your edge paint? I don't like the wooden rod thing I have..
Such a great video! I didn't realize svg files could have been purchased with the pattern. Any way I can still purchase just the svg files, I purchased the pattern a couple days ago. I wish I would have watched the video before I started cutting and sewing mine. I picked up lots of tips I never caught even though I read the pattern over before cutting. I checked for a video as I was interested in how you had sewn in the zipper since the bag was curved and how you ended the tail. You explained and showed it so well in the video. I have two clutches started, hopefully will finish them tomorrow.
@@SewGnar Sure will. Your explanation of the 90 degree angle of the zipper was the best I have ever seen. I did print screens of it and put them with the pattern.
Hi Nicole I'm from Australia and I'm an older lady I just love your videos could you tell me the make and model of your machine please as I want to buy one thank you Sue
I LOVE all of your tutorials!! You are such a good teacher and I am learning so many good techniques!!

Hahaha I am an agent of chaos, even with my own patterns 😂
Love this.."what ever" and "roll with it". That is a great attitude sewing should be fun.
Sometimes there aren’t any other options!!
Thanks for the quick answer. I love the idea of glue. Tape doesn't always obey. LOL

Great beginner bag with so many things to practice, but looks so pro! Thanks! You are a good teacher!
Aw thanks!
I cut my dart notches out when I cut my cork pieces for the bag, and because of that, it was easy to place the corner pieces on correctly. Just a tip.
Can’t wait to make this! Congrats on another great pattern 😻
cant wait to see yours!
I absolutely LOVE this pattern, made it today and can’t wait to sew another one up soon!
So glad you love it Pam!
Thank you, this is a GREAT cross body and clutch.👏👏

My mom would probably love this size. Loving the hair.

Those strap anchors are SO CUTE.
I adore them too!
I love you! it started out as such a boring day at work then I open this video " delicious pot of bag." Had me laughing like I was insane!!

Fabulous. 🥰 I will definitely be making a few as I build my inventory.

Hi, I use all cork almost 100% of the time. I don’t see any leather at all! All on my juki!
Looking forward to the release!
So soon!
Great bag!
thanks!

What tool do you use for your edge paint? I don't like the wooden rod thing I have..
I think if you search “edge paint applicator tool” it’ll show up! It’s so much easier than the wooden dowel!
Feeling stupid---I finally got around to starting this pattern and can't find the extra corner pieces. Are they in the pattern?
Got the pattern ❤️
Really enjoy your videos. Your sense of humor is so fun. Question: Do you always glue your zippers in? I love that method and want to try it. Thanks.
Usually I always glue or tape my zippers in to keep them where I want them!
Great video! How do you finish your raw edge on the crossbody strap?
I use a quick layer on base coat or modpodge to seal the edge!
What is the tool you use for applying the edgecoat? Thank you!
It’s a roller tool, they’re available online!

Hi Kathy, shoot me a message through my website about the SVG files! I'm glad you find the video helpful!!

@@kathyconnelly8866 Wow, that's awesome!! I'm glad you found it super helpful!
I don’t even make bags and I enjoy watching you create. (Modge podge on edges?? Ok)
Aww well thanks for being here!
Hi! Love the pattern; can't wait to make it. 😍 Where fo you buy 7mm x 7mm rivets?
I usually find my hardware on etsy
Just curious…the container for your colored edge paint…is it a contact lens case? If so, what a nifty idea!
It is! I can’t take credit for it, someone in my sewing group posted about it and it works so well!

Hi there, you can always find that info in the description box of all my videos. It’s a juki TL2010q
What is the exact tape that you’re using? So far I can only use the ones that are not sticky enough. And where do you purchase yours from?
I get mine from Wawak, it’s the 1/4” hyperstik
@@SewGnar thx Nicole! You always give a quick reply!
what is the pen you are using?
It’s a leather marking pen!
I'm wondering what double sided tape you use I'm having no luck with mine
I use the hyper stik from wawak!
Also, what is the colorway called of Sirona hanging behind you lowest down right to the left -- it has a gold-ish sheen? TIA.
that is golden slate waves!
Fusible fleece, I think it’s called I have some I love to use
perfect!
