One question - what is the role of CyclinA-Cdk2? Why is it needed in S phase, if CyclinE-Cdk2 phosphorylates ORC and Cdc6 to prevent re-replication and initiates replication by activating Mcm2-7?

It is true that cyclin must have a specific concetration in order to bind with Cdks or as the concetration of cyclins rises also the formation of the cylclin-cdk complexes rises?
