23:38 I worked at Chuck E Cheese from April 2021 to April 2022 as a chef in the kitchen. For over 30 hours a week I would make pizzas, wings, desserts and the occasional wearing of the costume to emtertain kids. When I started the job, I learned about this theory, even seeing MatPat's video about it, and it's *FALSE* . Leftovers are not reheated into new pies sold to new customers. "Then why are the slices cut so unevenly?" Simple answer: the bow knife, as well as the wooden pizza pan. The pan in my restaurant has warped over time, making it curve instead of remain flat. So when a fresh pizza lays on it, out of the oven, the pizza does not lay evenly and the middle can smush together. Second, there is a long knife in the shape of a bow (like a bow and arrow) that we are instructed to cut the pie, laying one end down and motion to the other. And that rocking motion means not every slice is given a full cut. Topped with the rocking nature of the pizza pan, its easy for the pizza pie to shift as its being cut, making each slice askew from the one opposite it, instead of even. And even worse when done in a hurry. No, we didn't use the rolling slicer like youd have at home or other pizzerias. Im not employed by the company to defend them. Im telling it like it is. And Ive explained this to multiple groups before who heard that theory. I even have photo and video proof too. Why CEC Entertainment fails to comment on it, or dispell it even with the bow knife argument alone, I'm not sure. It wouldn't hurt their business or quality of slices, as far as I know.
Ghost kitchens are real. Ordering Pasqually's was very much a thing. Literally the difference is adding extra garlic powder, cheese and sauce compared to ordering inside the restaurant. Pasqually is the name of the chef mascot of the Chuck E Cheese crew, been part of it for decades. And Doordash delivery drivers don't have to walk around back. They can enter from the front, come to the register, and they receive their order in plain sight, not secret. I still have receipts and photos of receipts to prove the way it's ordered with extra ingredients.
Explanation time: As shocking as it is, Chuck E. Cheese doesn’t recycle slices. The reason the pizzas come out looking zombified is that the approved pizza cutters the employees have to use are dull as shit and they have to go ham on the pizzas to get them all cut up, which often results in the pizzas looking like they do. Thanks for coming to my TheodoreSpeech.

My restaurant had its own food and safety issue, at least in my opinion, but I won't disclose here. Hopefully resolved by now.
