This series has been a favorite so far. I love this group, I love the laughs, I love the game, just a good time!
Ended up playing it but seeing how long it was going for them it felt unkind to ask a friend to play without testing it out first, let me tell you Patrick the npc became my mortal enemy for a week
The CPU players in this game are cracked even on the easiest difficulty. Human faffing about was not taken into account at all.
@@pikmints I think people figured out that even on easy, the bots do not roll. They chose what number they get to get the space they want, it's just that easier bots will often make "worse" decisions with that. Meanwhile, the sneaky bots have absolutely no mercy.
Absolutely evil that the cpu on normal would hinder me any chance it got even if it didn’t benefit from it, I would go out of my way to fight it every time it did(it never countered), also the end scene when a girl wins is funny
I love that Matt kept surviving the plague because he wouldn't stop levelling up.
The solution to the plague is to git gud.
And eventually he "died" but came back because of his Acrobat Play Dead, meaning he tricked the plague out of him
God, seeing Final at the end of this makes me so happy 😂
The slow degrade from optimism at the beginning to hate and uncaring at the end is beautiful.
If the piss boys need a "horror" multiplayer game, they can always do resident evil operation raccoon city. Maybe that will finally get Ray into RE 👀

It feels bittersweet for this game to finally be beaten. You’re finally free after around 600 turns (that is not a joke by the way), but this was a gold mine for hilarious moments on the channel.
There’s a funny alternate ending for if the winner is a female player, so I suggest watching that if you haven’t yet.

Man, at least with Mario Party, it ends quickly, even with 50 turns games. This is like a DnD type of thing, where you gather once a month and have to have a recap on what happened last session!

I’ve played this, but there was never enough time to get together with the fellow players and finish the game. (And seeing just how much there is to it, there’s no wonder.) So glad that I was able to vicariously live out playing this game with such an amazing group of people… and Chibi ❤

This was very entertaining to watch and I love how done you all are with it. XD I got the game around the time you posted the first vid and played it with some friends and we finished story mode around the 2nd or 3rd vid. And yeah, it is a total slog to get through it but I still had fun and we also didn't fuck each other over which helped a lot.

Not sure if any of the PISS BOYS played this, but an old MMO game from 2011 called Spiral Knights might be up their alley. Gameplay is an action dungeon delving in instances of up to four people where you can use swords, guns, and bombs to defeat enemies, kind of like Castle Crashers. You upgrade your gear from materials and resources you get from missions or arcade mode. Its not too difficult and there's not too much grinding needed.

I got this game on Steam when it was on sale after watching these guys play it. Only played against bots, though. Took me two tries in Story Mode to win. And yeah, as someone in the chat said at the end, the bots do cheat hard. If a bot or you are about to become a Darkling, they stock up on Vanishes to avoid getting got by the Darkling. It's so annoying lmao
i only played the other mode which is like mario party where u set how many weeks to play so it was cool to see the story mode

I love this game. Feels like one that you could only convince the closest and/or most unsuspecting friends to play. Apparently, the DS sequal is way meaner and you can play on an emulator
I tried playing through this game with a group of friends on three different occasions and I always end up at the same place Ray does, emotionally.

*Spoiler shield for any interested/catching up on the series*
Matt went on one of the most hilariously fitting hero's journeys of all time this game. Spent most of the early game going through life, just doing his best, playing it safe, but still trying to do good where he could. He's confronted with the opportunity to face a true evil in Rico Jr., stands his ground, and wins the Angel Wings. He hears about them being the key to unlocking a special class and then changes his entire mission from towns and whatnot to becoming a Hero.
He travels to the heavens, unlocks fantastic treasures to better his ability to fight the evil, even finds the Hero's License. He is tempted by the whispers of darkness but remains resolute until happenstance and the machinations of evil - Weber and his damn bug - take Matt's license, his literal only ticket to become the Hero he sacrificed so much to be...and he gives in. He becomes the demon warrior, goes on a rampage, turning on his friends, but then is snapped out of it...by what else than a little gamba? One singular turn on the roulette and he nails it, x4 on his wager and the key to his destiny all along: the Show Ticket.
For it wasn't grand heroics and destined greatness of the Hero that was Matt's path, but fun and games and a little goofiness and trickery in the Acrobat. And Matt slowly but surely builds on that, grinding things out; even when luck doesn't go his way initially, it all pays it back later. With Matt, almost poetically not ending up as the chivalrous knight in shining armor or even as the vindictive dark lord, but as a fuckin' jester, a little guy in his PJs with a poop swirl hairdo, but still being the one to save the day and end the madness, right down to wielding all the Dokapon relics - the Crown, Sword, and Shield.
Matt was basically Dokapon's Anakin Skywalker, the hero it needed even if he fell along the way.
Jelked for years and now it's just the world's most disgusting rope, hopefully a few more inches and I can use it to help me float
I like that all of this could have been avoided if Chibi would have just picked the regular gamemode and put a turn limit on it, lol. So fucking good.
