    Scene 1
    Lauren Fratelli is convinced her new Probe is about to self-destruct on the highway and take her with it. The Service Department says Lauren's car is OK to drive until they can get to it. Sales Consultant Sheila Benson has to deal with Service and satisfy Lauren.
    Scene 2
    Mrs. Trethwait hasn't gotten a follow-up call from Sales Consultant Darryl Collier for some time. When he finally does call her, she has a list of complaints. When she stops to catch her breath, Darryl promises to get back to her. In another nine months, perhaps?
    Scene 3
    Sales Consultants Michael Martin and Alvin Toffer explore the recent past - cold calls to orphan owners. For his effort, Michael winds up with a sore ear when customer Rufus Porter thinks Michael is pressuring him. Alvin then counsels Michael with a demonstration of his own follow-up finesse.
    Scene 4
    Customer Donna Fielding believes Sales Consultant Michael Martin deceived her about the sound system in her new Explorer. Actually, Donna's wrong. She drove a demonstrator with the premium system, but selected a vehicle with the standard system Is there any possibility Michael can pull this one out of the fire?

    Whoever wrote the script for this actually did a great job. This is far better than the 80s & 90s GM videos

    Donna is a beautiful woman. I hope she's still doing well today. I just love her glasses.
