Scene 1
Mrs. Trethwait hasn't bought a car in 10 years, and as far as she's concerned, nothing's changed. Not the cars. Not the salesmen. And especially not the prices. Sales Consultant Darryl Collier feels like he's been caught in a time warp.
Scene 2
Some customers talk too much. Others - well, take Kevin Channing. All he wants from Sales Consultant Alvin Toffer is a price. Forget the greeting. Never mind consulting. And, please no demo drive. Kevin is the strong, silent type. Alvin is running out of strategies. He has to do something fast to save the sale.
Scene 3
Customer Donna Fielding is one tough cookie. She's done just enough home work to be dangerous. Her Explorer product knowledge is challenging in itself, but up her sleeve is a product objection that may knock Sales Consultant Michael Martin's socks off. Авто/Мото
