- Say goodbye to store-bought bread! If you’ve ever dreamed of filling your home with the aroma of freshly baked bread, this video is for you. I'm sharing my secret recipe for quick bread that’s so tasty and easy to make, you’ll never want to buy bread again.
Ingredients:
• Bread flour: 2 ½ cups (320 g)
• Water: 1 cup (220 ml)
• Brewer’s yeast: 1 tsp. (3 g) or Dry yeast: ½ tsp. (2 g)
• Sugar: 1 tsp. (4 g)
• Salt: 1 tsp. (6 g)
Seed mix:
• Black sesame seeds: 1 tsp.
• Sesame seeds: 1 tsp.
• Flaxseed: 2 tsp.
• Pumpkin seeds: 2 tsp.
This recipe doesn’t require any kneading, just some quick and easy steps that are easy to follow and give an amazing bread! The dough is left to rise multiple times, creating a beautiful texture full of bubbles. Each loaf is scored, coated with seeds, splashed with water, and sprinkled with flour before being baked to perfection.

There's nothing quite like the smell of bread baking in your own oven. I'm sharing my secret recipe for quick bread that is so delicious and easy to make, you'll never want to buy bread again. It's got an amazing crispy crust covered in toasted seeds that will make your taste buds sing! Let's make it together ♥
Hello, can I make this dough ferment overnight in the fridge or room temp? Then bake the following day?
@@Kayemarie77 Sorry I must have missed your comment. Yes, you definitely can. At 2:19, where I tuck the dough and let it rise for 2 hours, instead of this move it to the fridge. The day after take it out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature. It usually takes 1-2 hours to warm up. Then just shape the breads and continue as I do in the video. Let me know how it goes ♥
perfect cute easy bread, love it!!!
Wow just amazing. Ill definitely try this.❤

Beautiful bread. Great video. It practically invites you to try it, so I will. From south west United States.
Thank you for your recipe for crispy outside and soft inside bread! Yes, we can reduce the times of shopping bread outside with your recipe! The best part in your video I like is “lift and slap “ way of dough processing.
Great baking skills scrumptious breads.

Hello from Vietnam! I tried your recipe today and it turned out great. Thank you so much for sharing! I dont have pumpkin seeds so i used 3 tsp of flax seeds instead. My 30L oven couldnt accommodate 2 baking trays (this is great tip btw, for those who dont have a dutch oven) so i had to used foil. The dividing part was also a bit tricky - make sure to use a kitchen scale if you are not good at weight estimating with eyes like me 😂
Thanks for taking the time to write this comment, it helps a lot (and boosts morale)! Dividing comes with experience, I can do it with my eyes closed now 😅 Thanks again for watching and trying the recipe!
Nicely done.
Thank you! ❤️
Lovely rolls Thanks for the recipe. But one error in describing the yeast you use. This is Not brewers yeast. That is something else. What you have is just called fresh yeast - for baking bread and some cakes. Bakers yeast.
Thanks! Yes I figured, here is called brewer's yeast (or beer yeast), but I guess fresh yeast describes it better. I'll adopt the new name for the future videos. Thanks for watching ♥
Esta muy rico

Hello from Indonesia. Thank you for recipe...
Thank you too for watching ♥
It’s 1 am in the morning here in California and still browsing on RUclips. Just finished watching you. I will try to make bread with different kinds of seeds. Thank you
Hope you enjoy! I love experimenting with different seed combos, they are all amazing! You can even use rolled oats on the outside (and inside as well), and spoiler alert: one of the next bread videos will have oats and it's super delicious!

Hi thanks for sharing your awesome recipe. Can i use instant dry yeast.
Yes you can! Use ½ tsp. (2 g) of it.
@@Food-Language Hi thanks for your prompt reply. Greatly appreciate it. All the best.🙏

Please, regarding water, do we use it warm or directly from the tap?
I use tap water and never bother to heat it. Warm is good, but if you use room temperature water it won't make a noticeable difference.

Yes, everything on, bottom and top. Thanks for watching ❤️
Thanks
Which shelf.,bottom or middle
Sorry, I missed your comment. Middle shelf.
Thanks
Can I use Instant Yeast? If so how much? Tqvm
Yes you can! Use ½ tsp. (2 g) of it.
Can i use active dry yeast?
Yes, absolutely
Hi What flour did you use, ?
Just regular unbleached bread flour. Any wheat flour with a good protein content will do, even all purpose flour (10%+ protein content works, 12% is ideal).
Lo farò domani
Grazie Giuseppa, fammi sapere come va ♥
Hi there great recipe
Can i make without seeds..kids dnt like
Yes, absolutely. Just skip the seeds, you don't need to change anything else. Thanks for watching ❤️
@@Food-Language thanks alot for reply...,😊
From kenya
My husband doesn’t like seeds as well so I grind them and smuggle them into the batter ! He never noticed 🤫😂
You can do the same for your kids because seeds are highly nutritious and aid in digestion!
I'm wondering how much sourdough starter I can use if I want to make this bread, respectfully
I'm currently reworking all my bread recipes with sourdough, I'll get back to you when I have a reliable answer.
@@Food-Language 😊 thank you so much
If I want to substitute bread flour with oats flour, can I use 50% bread flour & 50% oats flour? Tq
50% can be a bit much, oat flour does not have the gluten needed to make the bread rise. I'd try 1/3 and go up from there. By the way, I have an oat bread in the works. It will be on the channel soon!
@@Food-Language Thank you for your kind reply. Noted with thanks. Looking forward to your Oats Bread recipe. 👍
Do you use roasted seeds or raw seeds?
Raw seeds, they get roasted while the bread is baked
Can I use whole wheat flour instead of white flour.
Yes, but I wouldn't replace all the flour with whole wheat. Whole wheat is pretty heavy and the dough has a hard time rising. Check out this recipe ruclips.net/video/7ifRUw1dJT4/видео.html, it has the perfect ratio for me and it tastes amazing! You could use the same ratio here and see how it works for you.
amazing. Thank you very much for the reply. I have subscribed to your channel. Have fun and good luck.
Thanks for subscribing! I hope you'll have fun making this bread! ❤️
I myself never use 100% white flour ! I did half white half whole + some wheat bran and didn’t notice any difference from her dough ! It rose perfectly !
❤️🥰🇩🇿
Can i skip the sugar?
Yes, of course. It's there to kick start the yeast, but it will work without it.
You didn’t mention ! Is it cool or warm water ? Please !
It doesn't really matter, I just use tap water. You can use warm water if you want, but it doesn't make much difference.
@@Food-LanguageI made them yesterday! I mixed with whole wheat flour but still came out really good !
Followed your instructions carefully and didn’t disappoint!
Thank you for the honesty about every detail ! For giving measurements in cups and grams ! All is very well organised !
Many RUclips videos give false instructions but yours was perfect ! You can’t fail it if you follow !
Thank you again ! Loved the rolls 🥰
I test my recipes dozens of times before I make the video, some of them are family recipes that have been tested over time, over and over again. Otherwise, I would get an avalanche of negative comments and I can't handle that, haha.
Hey there, I followed the recipe to the core, but I found my dough a bit hard? Why do you think?
Hi! If the dough is hard, I recommend adding just a little extra water. Just 1 tablespoon at a time and see how it goes. Some flours absorb more water than others, so you may need a little extra.
You can compare your dough to the one I show in the video, if yours feels drier, just help it out with a little water.
Recipe sound yummy, but again, so much time to put in it. Hard to do if you have a fulltime job and only time on a weekend.
Looks easy to make but did not turn out as expected. Used all purpose flour as bread flour not available. The crust turned out very hard
Sorry to hear that. Please check the protein content of the flour, it should be 10%+. 12% is ideal, bread flour usually has 12.5%.
Hi what is bread flour, I'm from India. Can i use atta. Thanksgiving
It’s almost the same thing ! Yes you can use atta and you won’t see any difference
@@kahinaharrache5026 Hi oh wow thanks for the prompt reply, so grateful. Atta is wholewheat flour in India, so sorry i didn't explain. 😘
@@jayshreepatel7585 Oy sorry I forgot that maida is the white flour 😂
In this case I think 100 % whole wheat would be a bit difficult to rise and it will be dense and heavy !
I made this recipe using half maida half atta and it came out perfect !
Good luck 🥰
@@kahinaharrache5026No worries Anyways thank for letting me know.
Bread flour? What is it? Here in Israel we have 3 kinds of flour: white, rye and whole grain.
That's okay, white flour works, just look at the label and look for the protein content. White flour with 10% protein or more is good, 12% is ideal.
Since you mentioned whole wheat, I recently made a video with whole wheat too, the taste of the bread was awesome! Thanks for watching ♥.
Occupied Palestine you mean? Free 🇵🇸
vu d’Algérie
this is quick?
Ich finde es gut, aber dauert halt sehr lange und braucht viel Aufwand 🤷🏽♀️
Can I use Wheat flour instead of Bread flour?
You can, but it's not ideal. Please read the protein content on the label, it should be 10%+. 12% is ideal, but 10% will work too. I wouldn't use anything below 10%.
Nice
