You guys need to go to westport wa. Go with Capt Ken on the teqila 2 or whrett on the slammer you will not be disappointed. The quality of fish is unbelievable.
when l was a kid back in the 70's my dad would take his boat up to San Juan island around pile point and we would catch ling cod that would eat these things lol we also got some pretty nice kings in the 30 to 40 pound range but that was many years ago, keep on fishing boy's looks like your all having fun.

I love fishing in the dory fleet! Always a good time out there. My biggest ling came out in those waters, but it wasnt as big as the one you all released. Keep her happy, dude! Requires 100% from you both....good times ahead, eh!

Went salmon trolling yesterday I'm front of the Des Moines marina. Caught 2 pinks and 2 cohos. They only bit the blue and white hoochie. No kings.

Only ever caught 1 ling. 18.5 lbs. just outside the Columbia river bar.
Westport WA. 700-800ft of water 30lbs lingcod all daylong.
