I'm super excited to see Brad's super bait getting more exposure. Brad is my brother in law, hes battling Parkinson's. Hes an exceptional fisherman, has a strong fishing background, and a true sportsman. I love his success with this venture
We have been running the Brads cut plugs for the past couple of years for ocean coho. Some tips: Run different colors on each rod to start. You will find one or two rods will get bit. Don't hesitate to change them all to the same color if one is working. No bites for a half hour and you are still on fish change colors cause another color is what they want. The regular, mini and even Kokanee have produced well. Regular oil pack cheap tuna works but avoid the Walmart brand, it doesn't seem to work as well. Procure fish nip is working about as well as the canned tuna. Mix scents into the canned stuff. This year's colors that work are different than last years. Whole anchovies work every time. I run at least one rod with anchovies, it's how I know if fish are around in case the super bait colors are wrong... it's the control so to speak.
Love you guys..... I am new to PNW and learning about the local fishing, so any time you can show how to get the set up and technique right is GREAT for me. Keep um coming.
Would have liked to see half the rods fishing bait and half the rods fishing plastic each day as more of a control for day and location. But fantastic fishing. Well done!
I've had some Brads super baits in my box a few years so far but haven't fished them much................ that will change. Another great video from the Legend..... Cam!
Awesome video...super jealous...what's the chances we can get a short shot crossing the bar...I know it can be sketchy would love to see how it looked on these days...Keep up the great work!
First I want to tell you how great your videos are, I have really enjoyed them. My question is on this video one of the guides used a long poll hook release. It appeared that he was able to release a natural salmon with out netting it. I would love more info on this and how it’s used. I have watched netted natural salmon not be able to recover and sadly die floating away from the boat.
Love this channel, you guys are killing it with the educate, inspire, and entertain! I learn something with every episode.. especially to try and book earlier, hope to see you all next fall :)
I'd like to see an episode using great granddaddy's vintage gear, home made lures and such. Recent technologies and materials have certainly diminished the needed skills and techniques of yesteryear.
Enjoyed the comparison between bait and plastic! Wondered what was the best hookup. Which seemed to get the more aggressive "go down". Great video of an ocean trip in perfect weather.
Was wondering is the Seahawk shirt a hint as to one of the super bait colors? If not, it is one of my favorites out here on the eastern part of Washington during the fall run.
Being one of the lucky ones that was there on day one I could not of ask for a better day of catching Coho it reminded me of 30 years ago when they almost jumped in the boat for ya. Thanks Cameron for an Awesome day. And I think Day One with Anchovy did the trick faster.
ITZ YOUR FAVORITE ALASKAN ANGLER! I LITERALLY EAT CHIPS AND WATCH AN 'ADDICTED ' VIDEO BEFORE EVERY TRIP!! LEAVING IN 4 HOURS TO CHASE KINGZ FROM MY FAVORITE DOCK IN KAKE, ALASKA!
A lot of us have some money tied up in our boats. To be honest I am not sure I want to put mine in the salt. Would be cool to see a boat care vid on post salt experience after a few days at the coast. Do you actually flush and rinse every day or just when you get home? Keep up the great work gents!
🔥 video. Hot bite, friendly banter. Couldn’t be better. Oh, wait, all the rods on the second day we’re going off except starboard mid rod. Where was banana boy sitting? Starboard mid rod... proof positive that bananas are bad luck. Should have thrown him overboard.
💯 that fishery over the “buoy 10” any day. Used to be epic to combine the coho fishing, with a taco and crab stop, then drop in for some keeper sturgeon.
Awesome!!! Always wanted to try super-bates in the sound and out at Neah Bay!!!! Great content guys keep up the work with conservation/sport fishing!!!! Hope to meet y’all someday. Tight lines from up here in area 11 Puget sound. My son is starting to watch your videos with me 👍👍👍
Love the videos boys! I don't get to do enough Salmon fishing, being from Colorado I do lots of trout fishing. Some real good fishing down here in the 4 corners area! You boys are welcome to come anytime also my dad has a charter business in Cabo, would love to take the addicted crew out, no strings attached either my dad stays plenty busy! Just would be sweet to fish with you boys! Caught a bunch of Brown trout in the double digits so far this year and some Rooster fish ranging from 20lbs to 70lb. Caught my personal best brown 20# this year and my PB Rooster this year 90#. Marlin, tuna, and Dorado are biting good right now too! Take care boys let me know if you have any interest! June is Rooster fest! Insane action big poppers and big spinning rods! Keep your lines tight boys!
I and our son like the black and silver but my daughter and wife love the blue and green.....super baits. I've caught them on both, I think its what you put into them is what you could get out of them.
I love superbaits, or as Cam would say it ‘stupid baits’! I live in the Tri-City area, and by far, my most effective color has gotta be the hot tamale, and the hotter tamale!
Being a piget sound guy, never spent time with the super baits, but then again, never fished the mini cut for kokes till this year either. Going tonhave to pick up a few to give it a shot in MA-11.
Awesome episode!!! Can you do something to teach us about how you caught your Fish Taco fish that you caught??? I am referring to the fish that you caught at the end of your day.
Wow a banana on the boat !!😳I’m native Hawaiian born raised on the Big Island story was when traveling by sea only 1 canoe would have the fruits including bananas but they would not fish all others would keep clear of that 1 boat
Great show, been a subscriber for a couple months now. Hope to get out there soon. what speed are you trolling bait vs brads - I’m assuming you go with current ? R/R
I canned some shad in oil to try in the Brad's cut plugs and super baits this year. So far it has worked in the ocean, but I won't know until next weekend if it works on the coho at B10.
@@AddictedFishing If I have time, I will give it a try up river. I ran some in Nehalem Bay a couple weeks ago while camping there, and I stopped using it because sadly, too many salmon smolt were biting the Brads.
What's Your Favorite Addicted Life Episode So Far?!
Watch them all here! 👉bit.ly/adxlifeyoutube
Also what the the wind and swell in this vid?
1and2 feet and 10 knots
The best episodes are when marlin and Jordan go on the hunt for fish!!! Always dope!!!
My favorite is the Alaska episodes lol
live feed. this would have been the best if it was live lol
I'm super excited to see Brad's super bait getting more exposure. Brad is my brother in law, hes battling Parkinson's. Hes an exceptional fisherman, has a strong fishing background, and a true sportsman. I love his success with this venture
I love Brad's products. I will hold him in my prayers and hope for his recovery or that the progression of his Parkinson's will be arrested.

Would love to see a how to cross bar safely video. From weather, wind, tide forecast to returning to port.
Absolutely, I would like the same as well. For those of us on the East side we don't get a chance to do it very often. I would love to see it!
You guys do a damn good job as a whole: Film, education, knowledge. All of it. Thanks for the kick ass productions.
Love the underwater camera footage. More please
Would like to see Super Baits and bait run at the same time in a future episode. This was certainly fun to watch!
My 15 minutes of fame!!! I was sick almost the whole 6 hours we fished lol but it was a awesome day for sure!
I learn new things on every episode of addicted life. Thanks guys for all that you do to help us addicts learn new things
how do you only have 37 thousand subscribers, you should have like 2000000
That 37 Thousand is views on this one video, not subscribers. But they should have more subscribers than they do.
Great fun, fun video. Keep 'em coming!
Love you guys..... I am new to PNW and learning about the local fishing, so any time you can show how to get the set up and technique right is GREAT for me. Keep um coming.
We like your episopodes they are full of action even when bit is slow ,and lots great information as well great job.
Would have liked to see half the rods fishing bait and half the rods fishing plastic each day as more of a control for day and location. But fantastic fishing. Well done!
Epic! I dream of fishing days like this!
Loved this dual episode. Super baits for the win.
I wanna wake up with a fish on! Lol great video guys. Addicted! 🤙🤙🤙

Love the addicted live channel . Live in AZ now and sure do miss the northwest fishery. Soulfood videos
Its been a fun season on the pond. Definitely a good episode lots of action.

Awesome video as always! Would like to know where you got the cutting board? I want to get one for my boat!
Great show, Need to have another round, next time up river... I wonder how bait would fair in the reach?
Looks like a great week to be on the water! Isn’t it likely any bait will hit if the fish is feeding and the scent is there?
THAT WAS AN AWESOME EPISODE.
I do really well with my tuna mix. I add sea salt, bloody tuna oil, and anchovy paste.
That had my heart pumpin!
Great video guys 👍🏼 I’ve been catching summer chinook on the clack lately
Enjoyed the comparison between bait and plastic! Wondered what was the best hookup. Which seemed to get the more aggressive "go down". Great video of an ocean trip in perfect weather.
Good stuff, Cam! 😊👍
I’d can’t wait for fall chinook!!!!!

You’re videos are getting sooo good
I see you don’t use down riggers. What the set up ?

Great job never fished much with super baits but going to start. Thanks
Good episodes fellas
What’re all the colors of brads you guys were using? And how are you running the hooks?
Cody Carlson We will make an in depth video soon!

Anyway you guys could do a series on jig colors for steelhead? The importance of it or what color combinations go best with specific worms. Thank you
J Whit for sure!!

That's dope you guys heart all the comments!!
I think that's what the radio said hahaha
Some hot action dang !
will you guys ever use centerpin reels for steelhead?

Great episode. I fished the TriCities in Washington. This looks much more enjoyable. Thank you for sharing this and I just shared it to Facebook : )
Great video as usual
Great video! I may have to head down to the coast. It hasn't been nearly that hot in Puget Sound so far.
That was one heck of a whiff on the net job cam at 30:30😂
Great vid Cam...
do they make super baits for river and small lakes fishing

How much leader are you running behind the short bus when fishing super bait?
TJ, fishing these productive ocean waters this surely is going to spoil you from the slog we well know up here in Richland on the Hanford Reach!

Make a video about that Camera rig! Cant seem to figure that out.
Fishing is the one thing I miss about the northwest
Ocean fishing - it's worth the trip!
What tuna scent mixture did you use in those super baits? Did the tuna out fish the sardine?
Tuna works the best. Just can tuna with whatever scents you want to add. Even just plain can tuna works well
Maybe try jigging for coho out there? Ive always wanted to try it.
your channel is blowing up 7 k subs in like 2 months good job keep up the good work
Need to show know how to rig the anchovies... especially with the plastic head!
We will make videos about that soon.
I looked on brads website and did not see beaver believer is that a special one ? Best video yet Thanks!

It’s work?

Great episode!
Cam, were you using #4 Big River hooks again??
I don’t do the ocean but this looks like I might have too 🔥 🎣
Hey thanks for your vids very informative
Was the tuna in the superbaits straight out of the can ?
Yep.
Wow. The Puget Sound hasn't been nearly as good as this.
Do half and half at the same time. Let the best win 😎
Great video!
Awesome episode!!! Can you do something to teach us about how you caught your Fish Taco fish that you caught??? I am referring to the fish that you caught at the end of your day.
Ya we can do that for sure.
How deep are those baits running?
Looks like I am seeing the old trusty rotten banana. East side classic 🎣🎣
Great vid! Was just curious do you guys ever use hoochies for salmon where you fish?
Sometimes, but not often.
@@AddictedFishing thanks, just curious! At this one spot in canada it's all that anyone uses and it works like magic
Great video👍
Wow a banana on the boat !!😳I’m native Hawaiian born raised on the Big Island story was when traveling by sea only 1 canoe would have the fruits including bananas but they would not fish all others would keep clear of that 1 boat

what speed are you trolling bait vs brads - I’m assuming you go with current ?

Crazy action
My nook I got yesterday still had lice on it pretty far up!
The bite can change rather quickly. You have to try a couple of different tactics until you find what works best at the time.
I canned some shad in oil to try in the Brad's cut plugs and super baits this year. So far it has worked in the ocean, but I won't know until next weekend if it works on the coho at B10.
I'd be curious to see how it works up river. Around Longview, Woodland, or even up river on the eastside of the state.
It's hard to beat TUNA!
@@AddictedFishing If I have time, I will give it a try up river. I ran some in Nehalem Bay a couple weeks ago while camping there, and I stopped using it because sadly, too many salmon smolt were biting the Brads.
this episode is epic!!
Black jack cut plug...no question
I'm going out salmon fishing for the first time I'm freaking out
Catching Salmon !
Day one so awesome I had the best time
What model net is that, the bag looks like a good size? What about the dehooker, I can only find real short ones?
Bob Wilson Check out Beckman Nets!
Addicted Fishing What would be a good size net? Beckman has a number of options.
I wonder how Brad's Superbaits would work in BC?
Probably amazing!
they work in Lake MI for all species so I'd bet they would work in BC
