  • Create a homemade energy bar made from healthy fats and natural sweeteners.
    Ingredients
    2 cups roasted nuts - almonds, peanuts, pistachios, walnuts, etc.
    1/2 cup seeds - black sesame seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc.
    2 1/2 cups medjool dates
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 tablespoons peanut butter (optional)
    how to make
    1. Remove the medjool date seeds.
    2. Put nuts such as walnuts, pistachios, almonds, and peanuts in a food processor and grind them for about 4-5 seconds.
    3. Add the de-seed dates and salt and mix for about 10-15 seconds.
    4. Lay the paper foil on a flat bowl such as a baking pan, put the mixed contents, cover the paper foil and shape it flat.
    5. Place the seeds evenly on top, press flat, and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until the shape is fixed.
    6. Cut into bite-size pieces, use paper foil to prevent sticking together, and place in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
