Breast implant problems: My implants are too far apart

This confirms my suspicions of why my implants are wide. I don't think I look natural. People with natural breasts my size have cleavage. I don't. I assumed the peck muscle is flattening the implant in the center since mine is subpectoral and I have a semi convex ribcage. I spent over $11,000 and I look crazy. I couldn't understand why some girls look great with their budget boobs. Now I know.

I feel you. I wish my Dr. Explained it in this way. I would have gotten even smaller implants. Didn't seem to matter when over the muscle saline. switched to under silicone, so idk if that makes a difference but seems they move less freely now and kinda stuck in my armpits but should fall more slowly. I can't find a bra to push them together but I'm back to a lil les than before the first revision (525). I got an internal bra and expected them to go inward but so far 3mo and they're not dropped enough to wear anything but a sports bra which doesn't keep them together if I move an arm. My profile pic is a great example of my first horrible revision, the Dr put in huge implants saying I'd be "slightly larger" and my clev would touch. They bottomed out almost immediately a week out bcs he held these G size implants up with sutures. 9 months of torture before I got the internal bra. I'm hoping it turns out OK but my surgeon this time assured me since it's his O.R. he wouldn't abandon me on it. No one seems to mind but me, though I have heard men saying that's how you tell if boobs are fake is they're wide or don't touch. I just don't care anymore. Screw boys, and bras. 😂

Stacey Arnold same! but I saw a girl who had naturally a wide gap and she found a surgeon that fixed it! Now she has amazing cleavage so it is fixable. You just need to find the surgeon who has amazing skills cause majority of surgeons dont know how to fix it.

Why do surgeons choose to insert the implants, while the patient is lying flat on their backs? Does it make any difference?
