The BEST Spicy Mongolian Beef...Sticky, Crispy and so Tender!

- Mongolian Beef is a very popular Chinese dish especially at PF Chang's. It is also one of the quickest and easiest of them all because you won’t be chopping a lot of vegetables. Tender, juicy pieces of flash-fried beef are coated in a sticky, spicy Mongolian sauce which is seasoned with chili for that fiery kick, ginger garlic for aroma and brown sugar to balance it all.
This tender and crispy beef stir-fry is the perfect weeknight meal because it is cooked in 20 minutes. Serve it with steamed rice, Chinese Egg Fried Rice or even on a bed of plain fried noodles. And you can also include a side of steamed or stir-fried veggies.

I'm a big fan of P.F.Chang Mongolian Beef. Nicely done, that looks awesome!
I tried this today.. it turned out amazing.. my husband loved it too. JZK for sharing.. saving this to my recipes list.
Looks wonderful. Can't wait to try it!
I made this for dinner tonight. Excellent!
The only thing I did differently was I used Sirloin angus beef, lightly fried it in organic canola oil (high heat; 400-degrees) using a high quality wok, organic chicken broth, and my favorite brand of soy sauce.
I’m already looking forward to making it for guests soon.

Where do you get the hollow spring onions / scallions?
It is a way of cutting spring onions. Just cut the green part into 1/4 or 1/2 inch chunks.
@@chilitochoc I know how to cut spring onions, thank you, but mine aren't hollow like yours. That was my question.
Ah sorry I misunderstood. These are the only ones I get in Germany.
Throughout cooking, heat should remain on high?
Yes.
the music lol
Hi.. Is there a substitute for cornstarch
Can i replace beef with chicken?

Either pork or chicken but looks lovely nevertheless
Looks like chicken at the beginning not beef, so grateful I get my beef local.
Shits bangin
Love marriate space
why does the beef look like pork?
Because she washed it most likely. We like to wash our meat to get rid of nastiness. Even tho the blood on the beef gives it flavor, some likes to wash it.
Is it not very sticky
Wese marrianate acha ho to acha bnta h
...that's not beef...
I have used veal here.
Weird music.
2 years later I'm here to say it's weird that you pointed that out lol
Oh my God that music is annoying as all hell
that look like pork then beef
If the meat you used is Veal, WHY in the world do you call it "Mongolian Beef" or caption the meat as "beef" in the video?? Do you even know what "Mongolian Beef is?
Yes I know clearly! My family prefers the taste of veal when I cook at home. This recipe works the same whether you use veal or beef.
