Make Your Side Control Escapes Easier with a Simple Hip Movement

If you struggle with side control escapes, I'm going to teach you a movement I like to use when I get stuck on bottom side control in Jiu-Jitsu.
This is a movement that I've shown countless times at my Jiu-Jitsu gym, but I'm not sure I've taught it here on RUclips.
This will help you get out of really tight side control positions.
