Late to your channel, but your videos have been helping me through my COVID hospital stay…will be getting a griddle when I get out of here and firing it up! South Carolina man here
Hey Shane! Man, I'm sorry about your status. I cannot wait for you to get out of there too and get that griddle! Praying for healing and good health my friend!
Those pork chops looked absolutely amazing and I bet they tasted even better..I think that sauce made all the difference in the world..great simple recipe...good job
@billieshelton2533 you mean using the meat hook? The meat isn’t a water ballon and leak if pierced. Been using a meat hook for ever and I promise, it’s okay.
Ahhhh....I'm back on track. Nice video to get things back to normal for me, kind of. This looks like a great recipe....easy, delicious and simple to make. Good stuff HH....Happy Saturday!
I bet the wife and kids are ready to devour those pork chops and I could not blame them. It looks like you did a superb job of cooking them on the griddle and perfect as always.
Thanks buddy. My neighbor makes them by hand! His ETSY is here - Custom made pig tail flippers (My neighbor makes these) - www.etsy.com/shop/PinkeyCraftAndMore?ref=notif_nfyfs&order=date_desc
This is real Country boy cooking, I could totally see Food Network tossing you a show up called simply Country Boy Cooking or Country Cooking. I am loving the fudz my main man and lord not heard anyone call it courting in agesssss! Ohh yeahh Happy Belated birthday Old Man! I'll soon be hitting the big 4 0 in Dec. Thanks for all the Foodie vids my friend!
Looking Good as usual HH! Thanks for the recipe. Just bought some boneless pork chops on sale, they going on the Blackstone tomorrow along with some fried rice. Yum!
Tried it tonight. Big hit with the fam. Only difference was bone in (little longer to cook but not much). Oh, and the rain didn’t stop me. Thanks for the recipe. Good groceries for sure! Still looking for my honey pimp out here in the great state of taxachusetts.
That's great. Thank you for the feedback too! I like bone-in my self, but had this at a great deal! I've just recently found a honey pimp. It's been a great thing since!
My neighbor made that and he makes them for folks. His Etsy store is in the description and I'll add it below. www.etsy.com/shop/PinkeyCraftAndMore?ref=pr2018_faveshops
David Brockman I believe he’s got the same one that I do. Just search “Unicorn Magnum” on Amazon. It’s not much for looks, but it is a beast for tearing up peppercorns. If you like your pepper pretty coarsely ground, then it can’t be beat. There’s a good article on SeriousEats.com re: pepper mills. Chick it out.
Yeah, Outlawstar is right. It's called a pigtail flipper, and Hussey will probably tell you, but he got his from a friend/neighbor who makes them, and there is a link to them in the Info for the video if you click the Show More button.
Happy Saturday, Huss! That sizzle and your drizzle was the shizzle for rizzle, my brizzle! I literally LOL'ed when you said, "I'll cut you!" to that pork chop. :D Yet again, you drop the knowledge and deliver the groceries. Delicious looking chops, buddy. I don't know where you get pork loin for $1.48/lb, but I am clearly living in the wrong part of the country... I could eat pork chops eight day a week, so I love the video. I'm just making the marinade now for some Tacos al Pastor tomorrow. Hope it turns out half as good as your chops! Have a great weekend, my friend. Until next time, you and the family be well!
Dang Huss you done went and did it again, made me change my cook for game tonight. This is easier than my plans. I’m going to cook then cut’em up stick’em with them fancy toothpicks hold out my pinky and snack snack snack. Dem’ rich folks ain’t got nothing on us. Great job👍👍
Haha! Got her with the bacon cologne huh 👍😁.. Bacon is awesome!! Man that Cheerwine looks nice an cold... Did it come from the garage refrigerator? Man!, i got one too and boyyy it gets drinks super cold... I think i am going to make this today for dinner... Thanks for another great video HH😊 Blessings to you and your family
I know Cheer wine and well as Dr. Enuf are local here to us here in East Tennessee and to you guys as well! Great channel and great cooking. I like watching stuff like I like to do.
HH, good job Bro!! I like to cook my pork chops just to med-rare. Keeps them juicier and so much more flavor. I see no need to cook pork well done anymore.. (Not wild harvested pork though) (This is just my opinion & I've never had a problem). For something a little different, sprinkle a little Italian Seasoning on in addition to your basic seasoning.
Just want to say thank you
When I get home on a long day at work
Just watch one of your videos and makes my day
Again thank you so much

Those pork chops looked absolutely amazing and I bet they tasted even better..I think that sauce made all the difference in the world..great simple recipe...good job
I've gotten so many great reviews from this one. One fella said his family fights over who drinks the juice.
Use tongs to turn meat, juices will stay in the meat.
@billieshelton2533 you mean using the meat hook? The meat isn’t a water ballon and leak if pierced. Been using a meat hook for ever and I promise, it’s okay.
Tried this tonight. This is a winner for sure. Next time I cook this I am going to add some ginger to the glaze.

HEY GUYS what is that hook thing he uses to turn the meat?
it's a mini meat hook, they usually use them in restaurants for transferring meat so they don't need to constantly change gloves.
Yeah, Outlawstar is right. It's called a pigtail flipper, and Hussey will probably tell you, but he got his from a friend/neighbor who makes them, and there is a link to them in the Info for the video if you click the Show More button.

What do you do with leftover pork chops as I know you didn't eat all those
Nah... So we use them for lunches or leftovers (pork fried rice, stir fry, or just eat with veggies).
Dang those look good. But are they as good as your parmesan crusted chops?? Made those a couple weeks ago and they tasted amazing.
If I had to choose, the pam crusted chops would get the nod.
