It's even easy to do the missions, I want ceruledge but the difficult part is falling with ghost pokemon in the big league, people only use fire or electric pokemons

Exactly, one way you can work around that is if you find a team go rocket grunt that uses ghost! Enter the battle BUT instead of defeating them back out. That'll count as 1, so if you join and leave without actually battling you should be able to get it done pretty quickly!
