great vid showing yoyo test level 1. however according to all my research the test performed in this video is YYIRLT 1 not YYIRLT 2. i hate to disappoint your athlete, but the norm you are comparing uses LEVEL 2 norms with the LEVEL 1 test. his actual performance is just a fraction above poor for the test he performed. you are correct that his distance run would have been average for LEVEL 2 had he performed that test. please correct me if i am wrong. otherwise great info.
