I appreciate the how to videos. It’s fun to learn. I think I save money but it’s hard to say as my Tusk tool collection keeps growing. 😀

This would be good if I had that type lol. If you could do one for the actuator is on the top. I dont know how to get the bearings out because it has a lip over the bearing and I need to pull them out some I'm not sure how I get them out with that thing there.

Need you find out how to change the bearings? Did you have to take the lefthand case off in the end to access the bearings?

I've replaced both the push rod and actuator arm on my 90 cr125 but the actuator arm doesn't go up all the way when the clutch is pulled in. What do you guys think it can be?

Hey Rocky Mountain. Love the vids and hoping for some insight. My actuator arm on my 02 cr125 keeps coming out towards the flywheel leaving me with no tension on clutch lever. I think it may be bearing inside.. if so, how do I go about replacing it and if not, what else may it be? Thanks!!

The spring that goes on the arm for some reason it keeps slipping out of place after about 5min ride . Annoying. Any idea the problem ?

It should be a similar process for that bike. Does it move half way out then stop, or does it not even budge?
