Jenn’s recipe
9 chicken thighs
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 small onion (grated)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup Ketchup (Note:
Use 1/2 cup first and add more if you want)
First mix all ingredients together and taste if need more ketchup add more. Then add chicken and mix. Marinate overnight.
I'm truly loving your two story home! It's so big that you should have brought the family. I know that they would have enjoyed it. Also I'm glad that you found the tree stump. It did make a great step stool. I loved the beautiful morning view. I'm always impressed with how you handle yourself when you're out by yourself! Being a Southern Baptist I can appreciate a good meal of Yard Bird. Add some Potato Salad and Corn on the Cobb and life is good. Wish there were more Christian based shows on camping and Bush crafting. Great video!
Looks very nice! That sauce for your chicken looks like Finadene sauce. It's used in Guam and is made with soy sauce, vinegar, hot peppers and onions. They use it as a table condiment. Thanks for showing your tent setup!

I was thinking, it's getting dark, it's starting to rain or snow. He hasn't set up this tent type before. In 8 hours he'll give up, soaked and cold, will decide to sleep in his truck. Lo and behold.... Good-natured guy is laughing that he didn't get the ladder. Totally love this inspirational video. This is how you do it, folks. This is how you live a really fine life.

Where we camp they don't let you hang hammocks anymore, so this would be perfect! How cool. You're right, this would've been my dream tent as a kid.

I love that it is white colored so that you have natural light instead of those crazy tent colors that cast strange light in the tent. Hurts the eyes.

But in defense of the tent, that’s 1 heck of a tent, I tell you. I liked your honesty, you really cook and not just eat freeze dried rations. But what I liked more is your faith in God. Now that's the Mac Daddy of all tents Kenny. Love that concept. What a perfect family tent to do a camping trip with. Question? The place where the two story part was on, how badly did it sink into the ground? Being so spacious did you have any condensation issues?. Loving this Pomoly Hot Tent stove it is so awesome. You are tempting me brother. If I was a few years younger and my husband didn't have the physical challenges he faces, well I'd be all over this adventure. The chicken looked amazing.
